On behalf of my wife who suffers with dementia, I would like to praise the company and staff of Right at Home in Bembridge for their wonderful caring dispositions and professionalism. I would strongly recommend this excellent homecare service.

We are very happy that we chose Right At Home - they are providing excellent care for our mother. The carers are all very reliable, approachable and caring. We thought Mum might be reluctant to accept care at first, but this has been handled sensitively and she has been very happy with the carers visiting each day. The care is well-organised with a timetable sent out in advance each week. There is always somebody available to discuss any queries and the team are very responsive. The carers have gone above and beyond to help Mum if there has ever been an emergency. We would recommend the team very highly. Thank you!

From day one of Dad's care Right At Home have been fantastic, their care and advice has been indispensable. They have continuously exceeded all expectations with their knowledge, friendliness and professionalism. Living in another country, as you can imagine, has been a real nightmare with Dad's health deteriorating quickly, Right At Home have guided us through and are always there to help. The carers are amazing even visiting Dad when he had to go into hospital and rehab. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I cannot praise and thank the carers enough! I live on the mainland so rely on care for my 96-year-old Dad. He enjoys his visits and outings with ‘his young ladies’. I have peace of mind that he is cared for and not lonely as he has 2 visits per day. If I have any worries about my dad the carers are always very helpful and go above and beyond to take care of his well-being.

My father used Right At Home for the past few years as he had increasing health problems. The carers were so kind, friendly and caring and built such a good relationship with my dad. He was fiercely independent and they treated him with utmost respect and sensitivity. Dad was quite a joker and he so enjoyed the carers coming in every day. They went over and beyond their time with Dad when he had to have medical treatment and nothing was ever too much trouble. The management team in the office have been absolutely brilliant. Communication has been excellent and e-mails and telephone calls were responded to so swiftly. I had such peace of mind knowing the carers were calling to see Dad every day as not living on the Isle of Wight and also with my dad suddenly losing his hearing completely overnight, Right At Home care and wonderful communication with me meant so much. I can highly recommend Right At Home for its excellent standard of care and communication.

I have used Right at Home for 10 months for care for my husband. They supported us on discharge from hospital and gradually reduced care as he improved and I was more able to manage. They now come for an hour daily and this has helped me to continue caring for him at home. The staff are all lovely and give me help with any tasks I need as well as caring for my husband. They feel like family. The office have been supportive in any queries I have and I know that, should I ask for any further help, then they will either provide or help me source it. Just knowing that they will help me navigate his increasing care needs is very reassuring.

My wife was apprehensive about having a carer but she was quickly won over by the friendly and excellent care provided by Right at Home. She had the same carer visit her each time so she got to know her very well. An excellent service all round. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I actually do not know how I would have coped without Right At Home. Dad's health deteriorated extremely quickly and I live on the mainland with a full-time job. Although I come over regularly and more if his health requires it, Right At Home are there to give the support that he and I badly need. The team not only look after all his needs, they make sure that he has the social company he needs, taking time to spend time with him. They are there in an emergency going beyond any contracted hours if necessary. They are very knowledgeable regarding hospitals, authorities etc and have been able to support and advise when needed. Dad deteriorated after a fall very quickly and they have made the transition from independence to him needing care so easy, advising and changing his care package to suit. They are always there when I need to talk to them and Dad has become extremely fond of the team; all of them are lovely, very professional people. Thank you.

Right at Home has always gone above and beyond to fit my brother into their busy schedules on the occasions I have not been able to visit him myself. All staff are kind considerate and happy and nothing is too much trouble. Alongside this they are professional, treating him with dignity and respect and listening to his choices. We are both so happy with them and they will always be our go-to when needed.

Right at Home care for my godmother who lives in her own flat. Two carers come in four times a day to help her with all her day-to-day needs. They have been amazing. They deal with meals, medicines, doctors appointments as well as daily care. The staff in the office are friendly, approachable efficient, responsive and also have experience of being carers. They go over and above in every area. I live at a considerable distance but know I can rely on the amazing team to be right there if anything crops up.

The initial process of signing up for the service was professional, friendly and comprehensive. The manager and her team took every care to make sure that they understood my mother's situation and needs before suggesting and implementing a care plan tailored to her. Right at Home take great care to match my mother with carers who have the personality and skills to complement my mother's own personality and needs. I do not live near by to my mother and so Right at Home are my day-to-day link to her. They are excellent at communicating with me and it is an enormous comfort to know that I can always call them if I have any concerns - large or small. They are always quick to respond but, more importantly, pro-active in their approach to managing my mother's changing needs. They also monitor and manage her medications and doctor appointments in consultation with myself. I would highly recommend Right at Home!

The support that they have given us as a family is also amazing, the worry and stress of the situation was instantly made better by the compassion and understanding Right at Home Isle of Wight has. I honestly could not recommend any company more than them.

All of your ladies, both office and workers, have all been very helpful at all times, including sometimes helping with breakfasts. I could not do without them.

My dad was very anti having carers in his house. However, when he did start using Right at Home, his attitude changed completely. He was delighted with the care he received, particularly the way he wasn't treated like an 'old man'. A number of the carers went above and beyond the job description, even visiting him in hospital. The family cannot thank you enough.

Right at Home carers come to help me shower my husband who has mobility problems. They are friendly, happy in their work and efficient and seem so much part of the family we look forward to their arrival. The management are courteous and clear about their business needs and let me know who is coming and when.

I'm afraid I have been away for two months and only just got back so I don't have much knowledge of Right at Home as they have only recently started. However, my mother has live-in carers and the little I have seen of the girls has all proved very satisfactory so far.
