We've been using Right At Home IOW since July 2025.
They have seamlessly slotted into companion care for my 87 year old grandmother and every carer selected for her team has worked with the family to ensure she is cared for in a way that is best for her. A very exacting woman, who has a handful of
age related health concerns and a very set way of being- some days can be easier than others for the team but none of it is too much trouble.
From taking her out for lunch, to meaningful spots, washing her hair, cleaning the house- it all gets done. When I called with an out of hours emergency, a carer was there within an hour to relieve the neighbour and had her settled in less than 20 minutes. Modifications in Jan 26' to her care have been taken in stride. RAH grow with her needs and ours.
I live abroad and can honestly say that RAH have given me a large part of my life back as i navigate my own personal health needs, all while ensuring my grandmother is supported, respected and loved.

I've had dealings with this company for about a year now. I have used local care agencies over the last 18 years with around 8 local companies. So I've had plenty of experience and comparisons.!
They are providing 24 hour care for my son in his own home. All the carers are well trained and
managed. Right At Home management are professional and committed to providing quality care packages. They have worked with us as a family to ensure
They understand my son's needs and what we want for him. They have exceeded my expectations. Its not about just covering care hours, they provide quality of life. My son is surrounded by a care team that are happy and enjoy working for Right At Home. For the first time in 20 years I can relax and have a life myself. I can't speak highly enough of them.

The team at Right at Home in Bembridge have been fantastic. I don't live near my Mum who is in her 90s and lives independently so the team have been really supportive and have gone the extra mile to give me peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Right at Home have provided an excellent service for my father, especially when he was discharged from hospital. They managed to put in additional visits at short notice and the staff are always helpful, going the extra mile when needed. I live a considerable distance from my father, which can be
difficult but I know I can rely on Right at Home to provide excellent care for him.

I have used R@H for nearly a year to help look after my husband and I can honestly say that they have all been extremely helpful with every aspect from planning what care might be needed to fulfilling those needs with kindness and professionalism every step of the way. They are all a delight to work

Excellent service. I find that the carers are amenable and kind. Nothing is too much trouble. They help things like on-line shopping and ordering weekly shopping from Morrisons. Collection of medications. It's also good to see someone for a chat

Absolutely fabulous ladies that came to look after my mum. She is new to having care and loved seeing the ladies every day. Was so reassuring for me to go on holiday knowing my mum was cared for by such an amazing caring professional company. We can't rate them highly enough. Many thanks again

The Right at Home team have looked after my 90 year old father for 2 years. The quality and level of care that they provide is outstanding. Always reliable, responsive and reassuring. My father never fails to tell us how much he appreciates their kindness and support and he really enjoys their
company. They allow him to stay in his home which is where wants to be.

Efficient and well adminstered service. Given confidence that service could be extended if my needs change. My carer is cheerful and responds appropriately to any requests - timekeeping is good and the service has been reliable.

My initial contact with Right At Home to arrange care for my father was very positive, inspiring confidence in their ability to provide the care that had previously been inadequate. Their response to setting up the necessary procedures was quick and efficient. They listened to me when I stated what
I considered to be my fathers basic needs, particularly in relation to his food intake and social interaction, and fulfilled them as standard procedure for their care protocols. Very reassuring as I live on the mainland. Care started on the 21st of April 2025. The attention to detail, feedback via the portal and obvious and genuine care and concern shown to my father has been nothing short of exceptional. Based on level of care seen to be provided to date I would consider Right At Home to be highly professional, friendly and attentive, setting the benchmark for how care in the home should be provided to vulnerable people. My thanks to the dedicated carers and brilliant management team.

Your staff are very timely, approachable and kind. They all talk positively with my wife even though she has few words to share with them (except the word 'No' when she is asked to change her clothes!).
They have been attentive with treatment of my wife's psoriasis and they alert me to any signs
of deterioration. Your staff have also offered advice about other services which are relevant to treatment of vascular dementia.

The carers who came were so cheerful, competent and considerate. They were also friendly human beings and a real pleasure to have in our house. They looked after my wife and myself beautifully.

Since January, Right At Home Staff have provided friendly, professional and adaptable support in "Getting Going" for my Mother for an hour each morning.
New members of the team are introduced, and the large format timetable with photos is a real help. They sensitively check on mum and make sure she
is happy and settled and Mum says its like having a friend drop by.

Right at Home staff have all been very kind and caring to my parents on all of their visits. My mum suffers from dementia and she is immobile. Sadly the disease makes Mum believe she can still do all the daily tasks she used to do for us as a family, like shopping, cooking, cleaning, etc.
When the
girls arrive they treat mum as a friend who has come to help with the meals and chores. They never make her feel like she is unable to do them, just that they are there to lend a hand.
Part of the visit is to sit with Mum whilst she eats so she does not feel alone.
This also gives Dad a much-needed break where he can sit and eat his meals with a bit of time to himself.

We are very happy that we chose Right At Home - they are providing excellent care for our mother. The carers are all very reliable, approachable and caring. We thought Mum might be reluctant to accept care at first, but this has been handled sensitively and she has been very happy with the carers
visiting each day. The care is well-organised with a timetable sent out in advance each week. There is always somebody available to discuss any queries and the team are very responsive. The carers have gone above and beyond to help Mum if there has ever been an emergency. We would recommend the team very highly. Thank you!

From day one of Dad's care Right At Home have been fantastic, their care and advice has been indispensable. They have continuously exceeded all expectations with their knowledge, friendliness and professionalism. Living in another country, as you can imagine, has been a real nightmare with Dad's
health deteriorating quickly, Right At Home have guided us through and are always there to help. The carers are amazing even visiting Dad when he had to go into hospital and rehab. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
