    I was unsure of how my dad would take to having carers come in, but the care manager put us at ease straight away and was amazing. It'd been 3 months now and both my dad and I don't know how we managed without them. Carers are friendly upbeat and make my dad feel at ease. Great company which I would highly recommend.

    All the carers provided an excellent service for my mother in law, especially towards the end. They were always caring, thoughtful and efficient. The company is very good, always checking in to make sure you're happy with the service. They are able to tailor to specific needs and requirements and it's nice to have the familiarity with the same regular carers.

    My mother fell a few weeks ago and I needed some care over a month so I could get some respite at weekends. The care she had over night and through the day was excellent and all the carers were friendly and very helpful at all times.

    I cannot recommend Right at Home London highly enough. They are currently looking after my 97-year-old father, and the level of service they provide is nothing short of outstanding.Finding the right care for an elderly parent is always a daunting and emotional process, but the team made the transition seamless. From our very first contact, their professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind.The caregivers are incredible. They treat my father with the utmost dignity, respect, and genuine kindness. They don't just carry out their tasks; they truly engage with him, bring an immense amount of joy and comfort to his daily routine. It is clear that this is more than just a job to them-they genuinely care about his well-being.Communication from the office and management is equally exceptional. They are highly responsive, flexible, and always keep our family well-informed, which is invaluable to me.

    Right at Home have been for the past few years, and continue to be, such an amazing service, which provide caring, observant staff, who really care about their clients. Their communication is excellent, the carers report for each visit is detailed and provide us with information that is vital to constantly review and assess what he needs to keep being independent and safe in his own home, with his needs being met. The office staff are also so lovely and communication is excellent. They really care about my uncle and it shows in their reports. They do so many little things that without them it would be impossible for my uncle to be in his own home. We highly recommend Right at Home!

    We had been using Right at Home for 89 year old Mum for six weeks when Mum became unwell and was admitted to Medway Hospital. She was discharged after just a few days later on a Friday evening with a catheter that had been inserted just hours before. On Saturday morning, Mum's carer arrived before me and found mum soaking wet and very distressed as her catheter had leaked. The carer calmed Mum, washed her, sorted the problem with the catheter, stripped Mum's bed and got her breakfast. It had been a very stressful week and that morning was the final straw for me. When the Duty Manager called to check I was ok, I burst into tears. She promised to get a district nurse round to help me sort Mum's medication (including her insulin injection) which I had never given and also came herself to offer me support. Both the nurse and manager were with me within 40minutes. I know this is a business but the kindness, compassion and humanity of the staff was beyond my expectations.

    My mum has had carers from Right at Home to help her shower for about 6 months.
    She was very reluctant to accept she needed help, but from the first meeting we had with the manager to discuss her needs, to the care she is now receiving, the service has been excellent.
    She loves her 2 main carers and unless they are on holiday, she has the same carers each visit. The care they give is of high quality and my mum now views them as friends, who she looks forward to seeing.

    I cannot recommend Right at Home highly enough, the carers they provide are all reliable, competent and friendly.

    The carers who come into me are very well chosen to suit my personality. They are all very hard working and take the initiative to do things that I hadn't thought of. They are happy and cheerful and put me in a good mood for the day. On extremely rare occasions I have had a query or complaint. These are dealt with quickly and efficiently, resolving the problem very satisfactorily. Due to external commitments I often have to change my care call times ,often at short notice. The Co-ordinator always fulfills these requests, changing care times and carers to make sure that my new care times can be accommodated. This means that I can accept invitations and take part in same activities that I did before I was ill.

    The service is essential for my mother with dementia to stay in her own home . The staff support my father by dealing with my mother's personal care needs. The staff seem friendly , professional and kind. The daily reports on the app give good oversight of what is happening. The only issue I would have is with timing. On set up of agreement , I agreed a 9am slot which is actually 10:15-11:15, which is far too late . I would like to have the 9am slot as agreed when we signed up for the service.

    Mum has been having help from Right at Home since November 2025. As a family we were very concerned at having different strangers coming into Mums personal space. Every single member of staff who has visited have been amazing. They have helped Mum in many ways from getting dressed, making and changing the bed, light household chores, clothes washing, food preparation and washing the pots and watering the many plant tubs!! Staff have been more than willing to help with keeping Mum at home and more recently taking her for short local walks. Mum loves the interaction and friendly chatty staff who visit and she thinks of several as her friends.

    I must also compliment the admin staff who are only a phone call away and happy to accommodate and help. The service gives the family peace of mind and have been invaluable when Mum has had a minor medical emergency. A huge thank you to all the staff for the amazing, caring and helpful service the company provides. We feel so lucky.

    Right at Home are a very approachable friendly and professional company. Carers are kind and considerate and pay attention to detail. They are well managed and fully briefed by admin staff-and they stick to the rules. There is always someone on the end of the phone and everyone is sympathetic and understanding. They deal calmly with some difficult situations and do not complain. If they see a problem coming ng they explain and offer constructive suggestions. Recruitment must be rigorous because all the carers we met seemed vocationally suited to the role this is a high end company so don't expect the service to be low cost. You get what you pay for. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

    Our initial contact with Right at Home came 6 months ago when my elderly mother started to struggle to continue to live independently, but was extremely keen to remain in her own home. Philippe listened to our requirements and quickly put in place a schedule of care visits which have been extremely successful right from the start. Mum loves the friendliness and care that she received from all of the carers and genuinely looks forward to their visits. This, in turn, gives the rest of the family great peace of mind that she is being well supported. Thank you Right at Home!

    Right at Home have been caring for Mum for seven years now. During that time Mum's dementia has got worse and her needs more complex as she has aged. The team from RAH have been quite exceptional in all that time. The length and frequency of the visits has increased and the carers are always briefed about what is required. They manage all of Mum's day to day needs but also find time to engage with her through reading, jigsaws, and simple games depending on how Mum is feeling that day. The small care team know Mum extremely well and are able to anticipate her needs, always remaining cheerful, vigilant and sympathetic. Kevin and Leisa work constantly behind the scenes too, liaising with District nurses and other health professionals as is required as well as popping in on Mum with medicines or even the occasional treat! As a family they have brought us great peace of mind as well as useful advice over the years. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough - a truly wonderful company!

    Acting as Power of Attorney for an elderly lady with Dementia and considerable health issues, I have used Right at Home since May 2018.
    The whole team, managers and carers are truly remarkable.
    I live a long distance away, but I can relax in the knowledge that my lady is safe in their hands.

    They will notice and respond to any changes; they deal with any problems that may arise without fuss or drama and truly have the best interest of the client at the heart of everything they do.
