my mother has had RAH Redhill since June 2022 I have always been totally satisfied with the excellence service offered by RAH. Recently I decided totally on cost grounds to try a different care provider with the same CQC rating as RAH it was dreadful it made me fully appreciate the great work the team do at RAH Redhill. The care staff give my mum the best help you could ask for. The office staff are always really helpful and i have found e mails answered the same day and often within a hour. its a shame you can only give 5 stars

I was a client of Right at Home Aylesbury for 2 weeks following my complex hip replacement. My carer was bright, energetic and professional.
We had some great conversations while she helped me with my compression stockings and routine tasks like laundry and food preparation.

The office staff were similarly helpful both during my contract and before it started, when they helped me to understand my options and decide how to proceed.

So far I have had the same carer which is fantastic, I absolutely love jan and all she does just wish I could have her forever. Jan is amazing and always knows what to do with my care.

Before jan I had a wide range of people who didn't know what they were doing. The only thing that I have a problem with is that one of the carers called the RCPCA on me which I think is unforgivable.

Such a friendly, intuitive and flexible team dropping in on Dad twice a week. Can't recommend them highly enough. Cheerful, approachable, and very can-do, and experienced at handling initially reluctant clients who might not understand the need for a little help! Right at home is a good care provide. They have enabled my aunt and uncle to remain in their own home instead of having to go into a nursing home.
The management team really listen to feedback and try to make improvements to suit the customer. One size does not fit all and right at home are good at flexing care.
Caring staff themselves are very supportive and approachable, regularly exceeding expectations . They are friendly, reliable, thorough, and really do try to do their best.
Only negative really is that by the nature of the role there is a turnover of staff and the newer care providers are not as efficient but this is to be expected I guess and perhaps customers should get slightly more time when this happens.
Also, food preparation and cooking are important to us and on occasion we have needed to speak up about certain individuals who are lacking in capability in this regard.

We have been using right at home now for 3.5 years and highly rate their services.

I am happy with the service provided by Right At Home Care Agency for my son. The carers have all been fairly good and able to take my son around for his activities. There have been a few carers since we joined last year as carers come and go but generally we have had continuous care so can't complain. The only issue I believe is communication between the Carers and the agency if there are any changes in the schedule as the app doesn't always update soon enough and so Carers may be unaware of changes sometimes.

Generally though the care is good and staff are always helpful.

Mum has dementia and a stoma and recently came out of hospital. The regular carer was unfortunately on holiday. All the staff that have come over the past week have been very helpful and made some good suggestions for managing her conditions.

Mum came out of hospital worse than she went in. I was not impressed by her standard of care there. With the help of the Right At Home Carers she is now improving day by day.

A thoroughly professional service, where attention to detail is given priority; starting with meeting the carers before the start of care (with a maximum of three different carers), to keeping you informed if the carer is stuck in traffic, to the final visit and been given a card and supermarket hamper. The carers themselves are professional, but provide personal vouchers and care to enable full recovery. Nothing is too much trouble. I would not have been able to recover from major surgeries without their support. I would recommend the company to anyone needing first class care.

Where do we begin from the moment we asked for information on the service we could get to help our mum, right through to us now moving mum to residential care, we have nothing but thanks and praise for everyone who has directly and indirectly catered for mum. Daily notes, phone calls if something is not right and genuine care for mum. Mum has flourished having care and routine since carers have been in place. We started with probably once a week care and quickly understood that daily/7 days a week was necessary - everyone was so helpful and reactive in mums needs. If you are unsure if this is the right company to take care of someone you love, please just know they are the best of the best and knowing mum was being looked after daily while we had to work, was worth every penny! Simply the best!

My brother and I are hugely grateful for the warm and efficient care provided by all three of the Right at Home carers who visit our father. He was initially very reluctant to have carers but their patience and kindness have won him round. They are willing to lend a hand to just about anything my father needs help with, and showed great good humour in face of his initial reluctance. We are also very grateful to the managerial and office staff who have consistently responded with speed and flexibility to our questions and requests. An example was the unexpected need we had for my father to be driven to a dentist appointment - my call was answered immediately and within a couple of hours I was assured that - on the same day as I made the call - the carer's hours could be changed and extended so that she could accompany my father. Right at Home's service has very much reduced the stress of having an elderly parent living alone. A sincere thank you to all the Right at Home staff!
