I had planned to visit my daughter in Australia and needed live in support for my mother whilst I was away.
They completed a full assessment at home, the manager assessing was friendly efficient and informative.
The service responded and made appropriate arrangements which when the arrangements changed they responded.
I have experienced a professional and caring service whose commitment to ensuring my mother was cared for consistently by the same carers and making sure her needs were met was always a priority.

The staff are very helpful, polite, arrive on time. Make the service user feel safe and comfortable. Have patients not trying to rush the client. Are slways supportive to the service user and family to listen. Even when the service user is bring difficult ans not very cooperative. I have no issues with the service provided

I am more than satisfied with the service that I receive. They are always willing to do anything that I ask of them: changing my bed sheet/quilts, pillowslips, for instance. Everyone is cheerful, positive and careful that I do not fall. I feel safe with them at all times.

I feel very well supported and know that when I might need more help in the future I will feel very safe and able to trust in the help provided. Previously I had tried three other companies and none compared with the quality and standard of care to this company. Staff really listen and do their very best to accommodate needs. My Carer is punctual and reliable. Also efficient and flexible in the help she gives. I know staff are fully vetted so am happy to have them visit. Life is easier for me now.

Right at Home provided care for our 80 year old mother for nearly 3 months while she recovered from an operation on her ankle. We were initially very concerned about how our Mum would cope following her surgery as she was effectively house bound for more than 2 months. However, Right at Home have been superb from start to finish. The quality of care has been more than we could have ever hoped for. The carers were all, without exception, wonderful. They treated Mum with kindness, warmth and respect. The communication with managers was uniformly excellent from our initial consultation right through to the final few days of Mum's care. We really could not have asked for more. They have helped make a really difficult period of convalescence infinitely more manageable than it would have otherwise have been and my family are extremely grateful to them. Mum is now back on her feet. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are exceptionally good.

Our experience with the manager and his team of CareGivers was very positive. Professional, kind, caring and reliable. Nothing was too much for them and when needed, they were flexible to meet our mum's needs. The only reason we have not continued with them is because our mum has now been moved to a home. I am really grateful to the whole team at Right at Home as they have all supported me through some challenging times as well as providing excellent care for my Mom. They have been very accommodating when I have needed to change the times of visits or ask for additional visits. The Care givers are brilliant with my Mom, they are professional, cheerful, kind, patient and treat her with respect at all times. They are reliable and are always on time and will happily carry out household tasks without being asked. They have definitely gone above and beyond what I was expecting. The one-hour visits allow some time for socialising, as well as providing care, and they all interact with Mom which is lovely to see and very touching, but more importantly, it is beneficial for my Mom. I don't know how I would manage without them!

My parents have been struggling for a number of years, my dad has a degenerative condition but one morning my mum called as there was a major problem, she needed help. I called Right at Home Telford and they literally came straight away to help. They visit daily, all of the team are wonderful, they are kind, caring, respectful and have helped us to get the right department in place.

We contacted Right at Home for emergency support when I broke my leg and was unable to care for my husband. We were so impressed by the way the team worked together to ensure my husband received the care he needed with as little disruption as possible. Management and staff worked as a team to give a professional, empathetic and effective service. I feel they take a real interest in making my husband as comfortable as possible, always looking at ways to improve the care to suit his needs. They always treat him with respect and consult his wishes, which is really appreciated. I would also like to note that the team have been very supportive to me during this difficult time. The model of one-hour slots means that care is not rushed and they have also been able to help me with household chores. We have been delighted with the service we received right from the first phone call I made enquiring about domiciliary care for my mother-in-law whilst we were away for a week. We asked for specific tasks to be completed and they were but the carer went above and beyond, using her initiative to sort out problems as they arose. My mother-in-law is in her 90s and has dementia, so we were worried about leaving her but we were put at ease by the fact that she had the same carer every day and also by being signed up to a portal in which the carer wrote useful notes of every visit. I cannot fault this company and will not hesitate to use them again.

Kirsty is the Care Manager at Right at Home Telford and brings over 15 years of experience in health and social care. With a background that spans hands-on care, team leadership, and quality assurance, she is passionate about supporting both clients and CareGivers to thrive. She is known for her calm, caring nature and her commitment to building confidence and professionalism in others.
Kirsty plays a key role in ensuring the day-to-day delivery of care is safe, responsive, and person-centred. She leads with empathy, and her approachable style helps staff and families alike feel supported and heard.
She is constantly working on her own development to ensure she brings out the best in her team and service.
Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys exploring the outdoors, particularly National Trust locations, and spending time with her family and close friends. She’s also an avid reader and loves crafts that allow her to unwind and be creative.
