My Mum had care provided by Right at Home for nearly four years . First thing to say they are not cheap in price however the service they provide is superior . Therefore you don't begrudge the money .

My Mum had care provided by Right at Home for nearly four years . First thing to say they are not cheap in price however the service they provide is superior . Therefore you don't begrudge the money .
In all the time Mum had care they always turned up on time and if they were going to be late let you know the anticipated delay . Once they arrived the carers catered for all Mum's needs and looked for additional work if they still had time in the allocated time . They also made sure reviews were undertaken to ensure the service provided was adequate and what Mum required . If they had any concerns at their end this highlighted to me as well .

We have used RAH for about 5 years to help care for our elderly mother who has complex needs . They have always listened and tried to help us address any concerns and also been flexible so we can address changes.
They are more expensive than some of the agencies we have used in the past but for...
We have used RAH for about 5 years to help care for our elderly mother who has complex needs . They have always listened and tried to help us address any concerns and also been flexible so we can address changes. They are more expensive than some of the agencies we have used in the past but for peace of mind it is worth it.
The staff always seem friendly and caring.

As a family we are very happy with the care our mother has been receiving from this company over the last 4 years. The carers are reliable and kind, treating our mother with respect and dignity. The management team are approachable and if there are any issues they are always willing to discuss and resolve matters. Having experienced poor practice from other providers in the past we recognise the good care that is now being provided and would recommend Right at Home without hesitation.

Hello, my name is Kev Popat, and I am the Managing Director and Registered Manager of Right at Home Southampton and New Forest.
Right at Home Southampton and New Forest exists solely to improve the lives of those we care for, not merely maintaining their quality of life, but with a genuine focus on improvement.
I truly believe that everyone deserves the right to quality care, the same sort of care that I would want my Gran to receive. And nothing but the best would suffice for my Gran. Likewise, nothing but the best should suffice for any member of your family.
I’m fortunate to have been brought up in a joint family home, so I spent most of my early years with my grandparents whilst my parents were working hard to secure a future for my brother and me. I have so many fond memories of these initial years, mostly drinking tea and eating biscuits.
Imagining my Gran receiving care from someone who has no interest in her is the reason I’m here today.
There is no better feeling in the world than making someone’s day. The team we are putting together will be making people’s days every single day.
