Good morning, I am glad to hear that on the whole, you are having a good experience with Alcedo Care.
I am sorry to hear that sometimes not all tasks are being completed, and visit times are not at the preferred time. I am more than happy to work with you, and the rest of our team to ensure that going forward, we do not have these issues. I know from speaking to yourself that your son enjoys the company of our carers and has built a good relationship with his regular carers. I am sure that together we can move forward positively.

Hi, my name is Andrea, and I am the Area Manager for Alcedo Care Lancaster.
My name is Maureen and I’m a Care Coordinator at Alcedo Care Lancaster. My role involves allocating our care workers to our clients, working with our staff’s availability, level of experience and specialist skills, and aligning them to our client’s needs.
I have worked in the care sector for over 20 years, only recently returning back to it after a break. I have mainly worked in mental health, working in care homes as a Senior Carer and now moved over to Home Care as a new challenge.
I have a very keen interest in photography and in my time off I am out with my camera, trying to capture the perfect shots. Nature is what I enjoy the most. I also enjoy horse riding and had a horse until two years ago.
I am an Administrator for a charity called Zoe’s Journey, which raises money for research into curing cancer in dogs. The charity was set up by the owner of a dog called Zoe who beat cancer and eventually passed away of old age. The charity is in her memory.
My name is Amy, I have been in the care industry for 12 years. I have an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care along with a supervisory Level 2 qualification.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending days out with my 6-year-old daughter Luna.
I love visiting the zoo, parks and local cafes.
