Alcedo Care has been outstanding. The set-up of the care package was mobilised quickly and dealt with in a professional yet caring manner. All carers so far have been lovely and hard-working. The app is also a good tool. We had to increase the care cover due to unforeseen circumstances and they ensured that was in place from the date we requested. Thank you for your excellent service so far.

The carers have been amazing with Mum. She looked forward to them coming in everyday and became good friends with a few. Thank you so much for taking such great care of her.

My son's carer is attentive and reactive to seizures and understands his moods. He is always on time and fits well into my son's routine and the every day of our household. The carers who come to my wife are brilliant, they are always thoughtful, considerate and friendly. My wife's condition means she requires consistency of care and carers, and the care coordinator is very good and understands this and makes sure it happens. We could not be happier with the care we receive.

One carer in particular does a great job and a lot for her and makes her laugh. Time keeping is good, if I have any problems, it is dealt with straight away.

I have been receiving care for my wife who is suffering from a range of medical problems including dementia, Ménière's disease and many others and have been receiving care from Alcedo carers who have been found to be friendly, obliging, caring, helpful what more could I say! Thanks.

My experience has been absolutely wonderful.

My relatives and I have always highly rated the service provided by Alcedo Care. The Carers themselves are all patient, compassionate and very caring. Always attentive to the needs of the person they are visiting. They respect the individuals, their situation and their wishes at all times. The Administration team and systems are exceptionally good; staff are accessible at all times and they respond to messages very promptly. Would highly recommend.

On the whole, Alcedo Care is reliable and caring. However, there have been instances when not all care has been carried out, for example, a sandwich not made for lunchtime. Although we have asked for a visit from carers in the morning from 10.30-11.00 sometimes, they have only been arriving around 11.30 am, which means it is nearly lunchtime before my son has a shower.

The staff are outstanding, lovely and very professional, they really do understand my mum and her needs. They are very helpful and supportive.

It's my pleasure to say your team of carers, I have found that they go all in and above what their duties are. Happy, polite, caring, very very respectful. I would not think twice to give a very good recommendation to other clients that need this sort of care!
