Alcedo Care has been outstanding. The set-up of the care package was mobilised quickly and dealt with in a professional yet caring manner. All carers so far have been lovely and hard-working. The carers treat my mother with respect and make her feel comfortable and relaxed in their company.
One carer in particular does a great job and a lot for her and makes her laugh. Time keeping is good, if I have any problems, it is dealt with straight away.

On the whole, Alcedo Care is reliable and caring. However, there have been instances when not all care has been carried out, for example, a sandwich not made for lunchtime. Although we have asked for a visit from carers in the morning from 10.30-11.00 sometimes, they have only been arriving around 11.30
am, which means it is nearly lunchtime before my son has a shower.
