Overall Experience

After so many bad care experiences the York team have rescued me from a life I couldn't cope with anymore and given me a life full of adventure, care and support. The care is person centred and compassionate. If there's a problem it is fixed. I never thought I would get a meaningful life back but now I have it, and hope for my future again. I cannot thank Alcedo York enough.

Excellent service from Alcedo from my Wife's hospital discharge to home and provision of 24 hour care at home. Very good training for staff by ITU trained company nurses.

Excellent communications with us as the clients and senior and local manager's. Made me and my Wife feel that joint care descions and staffing are maintained.

Very good complex carers who not only support my Wife's complex care needs but help considerably with her wellbeing also.
