Alcedo is a fantastic company that provides a first-class service. They are professional, kind and very supportive. The carers, Julia and Kaidy, are amazing with Anaiyah and have helped her build independence and confidence in social interactions. They are always punctual and flexible, which makes a huge difference. Anaiyah looks forward to going out with them and is always happy when she returns home, which gives me peace of mind knowing she is having enjoyable experiences and is well cared for.

Their commitment to making sure mum got the full care she needed included guidance on her general health and occasionally those 111 calls when required. The whole team who looked after 'us' were wonderful.
Sadly we lost mum at the beginning of the year and the messages of love and support received from 'her girls' was very touching.
I can't recommend the team enough... if you or a member of your family need care and support, these are the people to use..

He has a Degenerative Neurological Condition. In the beginning, after searching extensively for a Care provider who my son and me, thought would provide the care my son would so.much need,It was decided Alcedo Care South, would fit this role. We can only rely on there declaration on there many advertisements, of how they provide Tailored care to suit the individual, Bespoke care, urgent care when needed. Fully trained carers to suit care needs.a list of the support and care they deliver,
in my sons experience with Alcedo Care South, it didnt happen like promised.
In fact my son has been left to feel depressed with the care or lack of care provided. Hes had few carers whove been able to do his care.and seemed caring, but since start of care there have been multiple carers, not suitable for his care,or no care at all
They sincerely let my son/me down.
I don't recommend
Mum is 94 and lives independently but with some mobility issues.
The carers attend promptly morning and late evening. They engage with Mum and are always friendly, caring and supportive, they have a little clean around too, even though that is beyond our expectations.
I have recommended them to a friend of ours whose mum is in a similar situation and he is also extremely impressed with their services.
I cannot recommend them highly enough for the attention to detail, and great peace of mind it gives us knowing mum is under their care when we are not available.

The care staff have been excellent, and I cannot fault them. They arrive when they say going to and are professional throughout. Mum has taken a particular liking to two of them who are really patient with Mum. They make sure she eats her breakfast and make her a hot lunch. Mum forgets to eat unless prompted. They sit with her and chat, giving Mum some company whilst making sure she eats and drinks.
Many thanks to all the staff who have allowed me to retake the role of a son again, safe in the knowledge she is being professionally cared for.

I love the ladies who come, they are so good to me. I really enjoy their company. So kind and caring. If I have a problem it is sorted out straight away by the office staff.

I had to extend the care at extremely short notice but the care assessor sorted it without hesitation.
The care Mum received from each and every care worker was second to none, they made Mum feel at ease and very safe. They chatted, were polite, kind, caring and extremely professional at all times. The report notes were comprehensive.
I had a little worry over Mum but after a very quick email to the care assessor this was sorted immediately I was left feeling very much at ease. Nothing was too much trouble.
Mum isn't the easiest of ladies to care for so a massive thanks goes to each and every one of them, they're all angels. A special thanks to the field care supervisor who Mum really took to.
I won't hesitate to give you all the highest of recommendations and wouldn't hesitate to call should I need care for Mum again.

My son is 2-1 and at all times have felt assured by the staff that have taken him out. Staff who have taken him have always checked his notes and are aware of his risks. Staff have always treated him with respect and dignity and understanding.

Hi, I'm Amanda, the Deputy Manager at Alcedo Care South Liverpool. My role in a nutshell is to assist the Care Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of our homecare service, to ensure that we are providing excellent quality, person-centred care to our clients.
I'm Toni, the Care Coordinator at Alcedo Care South Liverpool. My role involves allocating our care workers to our clients, working with our staff’s availability, level of experience and specialist skills, and aligning them to our clients’ needs.
My name is Ruth and I’m the Care Assessor at Alcedo Care South Liverpool. As a Care Assessor, my role is to prepare and adapt person-centred care plans for our clients and their families. These might be produced with the client alone, but sometimes might also involve other healthcare professionals. It is my responsibility to ensure our clients have the maximum amount of input possible into the care plan, and that it takes into account not only their personal and medical information, but also their likes, dislikes, and what we can do to enrich their lives and support independence.
My name is Amelia and I’m a Field Care Supervisor at Alcedo Care South Liverpool.
