Alcedo Care South Liverpool

My wife has received exemplary care from Alcedo who are regularly assessing she her needs as she suffering a degenerative condition. I have put my faith in Alcedo and its been a decision I do not regret. In particular the regional manager (K) stands out as exceptional.

As someone who is neurodiverse ,diabetic and suffers with multiple mental health issues I find Alcedo care very confusing .Some staff are lovely and unfortunatly Ive had to stop some staff from attending my call due to gross unprefesional behavour .The office staff a poor at comunication if something changes as they know I cant cope very well with change.However my needs have change so extra training has been given But staff who have attended this still dont seem to have taken this extra training on board. Quiet regularly Im put to the bottom of things in other words Im at the bottom when it comes to priorties which makes me feel very low .They receive a substantial sum for my care and for this I do not feel like Im receiving value for money.

We have no problems with Alcedo and the care we receive, girls are amazing and very caring. Highly recommend to anyone.

Alcedo is a fantastic company that provides a first-class service. They are professional, kind and very supportive. The carers, Julia and Kaidy, are amazing with Anaiyah and have helped her build independence and confidence in social interactions. They are always punctual and flexible, which makes a huge difference. Anaiyah looks forward to going out with them and is always happy when she returns home, which gives me peace of mind knowing she is having enjoyable experiences and is well cared for.

I don't recommend

I cannot recommend them highly enough for the attention to detail, and great peace of mind it gives us knowing mum is under their care when we are not available.

Many thanks to all the staff who have allowed me to retake the role of a son again, safe in the knowledge she is being professionally cared for.

I love the ladies who come, they are so good to me. I really enjoy their company. So kind and caring. If I have a problem it is sorted out straight away by the office staff.

The care provided is excellent. The service user is treated with care, kindness and patience at all times. I can only give great praise to all the staff of Alcedo Care who visit four times a day.

My son is 2-1 and at all times have felt assured by the staff that have taken him out. Staff who have taken him have always checked his notes and are aware of his risks. Staff have always treated him with respect and dignity and understanding.

I am more than happy with the care I am receiving. Staff are kind and compassionate towards me. Carer supports me in the community and pushes me to better myself.

All the girls are nice and friendly.

Can't fault Alcedo Care South, they go above and beyond with what they do. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are all very friendly, any issues and the management are on to it straight away with solving the problem out, I would recommend this company.

I like the carers because they give me my medication and support me with my cleaning. They are an excellent company and I like them being in my home.
