When she gets home again they unload her shopping and help her put it away in her cupboards etc.

The care I’ve received since starting with Alcedo in late September has been extremely good at all times. I have very complex care needs and Alcedo arranged for the carers to be appropriately trained for my special needs. The carers themselves are extremely understanding and considerate of my needs and are always open to learning new skills to support me. All the carers are very friendly and helpful and it’s been great getting to know them. The flexibility Alcedo offers when changes are to be made to times and dates of care is very much appreciated.
