My name is Kirstie, and I am delighted to introduce myself as the Operations Manager for Alcedo Care Crewe. I joined Alcedo Care in 2022 and, during my time here, I have gained invaluable experience working within a forward-thinking and people-focused organisation that truly values quality care and community support.

I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, which has given me a strong foundation in care delivery, management, and best practice standards. Building on this, I have also recently completed my Level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership, equipping me with the skills to lead teams effectively, drive organisational growth, and ensure services are delivered to the highest possible standard.

In my role as Operations Manager, I am passionate about ensuring that our service operates smoothly, efficiently, and with the needs of both our clients and staff at the heart of the process. I am particularly excited about supporting the Yorkshire team to expand and develop services across Crewe and surrounding areas, ensuring that individuals and families in our communities receive the exceptional care and support that Alcedo Care is known for.

I am a dedicated Care and Support professional with over 23 years of experience delivering high-quality, person-centred care across a range of settings. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong commitment to promoting dignity, independence, and well-being for those I support; while maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding and professional practice, I have been a registered manager with CQC.

Hello, my name is Gemma.

I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Management and Leadership, and hold a Level 2 & 3 in health and social care. I am currently completing the Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, which will further strengthen my skills in leadership, team development, and service delivery.

My experience includes supervising teams, implementing care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering positive, supportive environments for both service users and staff. I look forward to working with colleagues and professionals. I am passionate about continuous improvement, empowering others, and contributing to care services that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and for our service to grow.

Hi, my name is Rachel, I like to be called Rach.

I am the Deputy Manager at the Alcedo Care Crewe Branch, having joined the organisation in January 2026. I bring over 15 years of experience in the care industry, with a strong background across a variety of roles. For the past seven years, I have worked at a deputy management level, developing my leadership skills and supporting high standards of care delivery.

Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, and have extensive experience supporting individuals with a wide variety of disabilities and complex needs. My compassionate approach and commitment to person-centred care are at the core of my professional values.

I hold Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care and am currently on the waiting list to undertake my Level 5 qualification, demonstrating my ongoing commitment to professional development and excellence in care.
