Overall Experience

Alcedo looked after my Nan for a few weeks and were brilliant. The girls were lovely and so kind and patient. The whole process was easy and we got an assessment and plan in place quickly. Would recommend Alcedo to anyone needing home care. Thanks

Overall Experience

The care we received from Alcedo Care was excellent and provided the family with the valuable respite that we needed. The staff who visited were lovely and very respectful of my daughter and family.

Overall Experience

I can not thank Alcedo Leeds enough for everything they have done for my dad. Without them, I am not sure what we would have done! From the management team to the care team, everyone has been great. It has truly made a difference to not only my dad, but the whole family. Thanks Alcedo!

Overall Experience

Excellent care with kind, professional carers who go above and beyond. My mum is looked after really well and is happy with her care. Good communication with the office team. Highly recommend.

Lovely set of ladies who looked after my mother in law nothing is too much trouble . They are always happy to nip to the shops if io have forgotten anything need the office are always helpful . I would recommend to family and friends

Overall Experience
The whole team have been fantastic looking after my mum whilst my husband and I had a week away.
From the very first contact to the last visit they have been excellent.
We had a meeting to get a care plan in place.
This was followed by phone calls and e mails in order for the careplan to be adequate for my mums needs.
Everything was done professionally and all were friendly and caring.
They arrived as per careplan and spent the agreed time and could not do enough for my mum.

I will definitely use this care provider again as I know my mum and I can trust them to deliver the highest of standards of care at a reasonable rate.
