Overall Experience

We have been with Alcedo Care for over six months and the care has been a great help in getting my husband up in the mornings, showered, shaved, and having breakfast! He responds very well to their care and gets up at once (he doesn't when I do it!). Carers are always very friendly and polite, and I

know my husband responds to them well. Thank you!

Overall Experience

Since taking over my grandad's care in November, I have been extremely satisfied with the level of care. Staff are professional and care with dignity and high standards. The compliance towards medication management is excellent.

Overall Experience

Alcedo have been a great support to our family over the past 21 months. We have built a wonderful relationship with them and we truly appreciate they do. The staff are kind, reliable, and clearly love their job. They make a genuine effort to keep my child engaged and it is clear how much he loves their

company - he always gets excited when they arrive at our house. The office staff are approachable, attentive and always willing to listen. We are grateful to have Alcedo Care as part of our journey. The whole team is an incredible support to our family. Thank you.

From the first call, both myself and my sister have felt a great burden has been lifted from our shoulders. Every single carer who has attended to mum have been so kind, professional and shown great kindness to mum. To be able to have mum at home was always our aim, and the Alcedo Care team have made

In the case of the carer who presented this to me, I am well pleasant and welcome her each time, as I know things will be done to my complete satisfaction. It would be much better if management could allow all carers considerably more travelling time between clients, particularly in summer months, as

currently I and no doubt most of your clients of necessity have to wait many minutes after their due time for meals etc.

It's so lovely seeing Benjamin sing and dancing with the carers. He looks forward to seeing them. I have peace of mind knowing my son is safe, happy and having fun with them.

Overall Experience

The lady has been to me on four occasions regarding my procedure. She is a lovely caring young woman who understands the importance of keeping my dignity intact. She's very thoughtful and always smilng and proactive, I look forward to her visits. I have no complaints at all she follows all the infection

control and does what is needed. I'm hopeful she'll be with me for some time.

Alcedo Care, staff have continued to provide a high level of care for my husband, respecting his wishes while encouraging independence as far as possible. Any changes have been communicated professionally to us and so far as possible any changes for additional support have been accommodated. My husband

has started to enjoy his interactions with staff as have I.

Overall Experience

Alcedo Care were a godsend to my parents. Whilst trying to retain their independence we arranged a support package provided by Alcedo to make sure Mum and Dad were well looked after. There was no job too small and the team really stepped in and provided excellent personal care. Frequent contact with

the managers ensured we identified and resolved any issues or care gaps.
Couldn't recommend the group enough, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Overall Experience

My son spends quality time with his two carers. They see to his wants and needs. The carers interact with him as much as they can. He enjoys trips out in the community several times a week. I feel that the service the carers provide is right for my son.

Alcedo Care has been great for our family. Gave us freedom to do things together.

Oh gosh, what can I say? On holiday in the Lakes with my mum who has dementia. They made her feel cared for better than at home. They were respectful and most of all made her laugh which was so good to see. They didn't rush and gave her the time she needed. If only we lived in Windermere we would have

them all the time. When we come back also will use it again. If only I could reward them all but hopefully this will help. Do not hesitate to give them a call, worth every penny.
