I really can't fault the team who attended to look after my mum and stepdad. They spent time to talk to my stepdad and he really enjoyed the chats and company. Although my mum has late onset Alzheimer's. They were kind efficient and friendly throughout. Definitely would highly recommend they took time to explain who they were and why they were there. They prompted her as much as possible and with kindness and sensitivity. The administration staff were super efficient with emails and information that we needed and also very kind. It's such a worrying and frightening time for the people receiving the care and the families who are putting their families into care and Alcedo were efficient and sensitive.

Alcedo are meeting all Taylor's needs. Everything is going great. All in all really happy with everything.

Excellent service from Alcedo from my Wife's hospital discharge to home and provision of 24 hour care at home. Very good training for staff by ITU trained company nurses.

My son can have challenging behaviour when anxious and his carers are very good at giving him space when needed, and being flexible to enable him to do what he needs to stay regulated. He has really positive relationships with both carers and office staff, and enjoys popping into the office for a chat. The office staff are great. Any concerns we have raised or changes requested have always been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Apart from the holiday, I have a weekly 3 hour visit which allows me to get out of the house and do things I am normally not able to do.

The support I receive from the carers is great, they support me to live my life the best way I can, they show me great respect to myself and my property, the office staff are good when I call them, they explain to me what is happening with my visits.

I'm very happy with the level of care my son receives, there is good communication and the carers are all very attentive and caring. It's changed my life for the better since Alcedo started caring and supporting my son - it means I get some time being mum instead of being constantly tired.

We have been with Alcedo Care for over six months and the care has been a great help in getting my husband up in the mornings, showered, shaved, and having breakfast! He responds very well to their care and gets up at once (he doesn't when I do it!). Carers are always very friendly and polite, and I know my husband responds to them well. Thank you!
