Alcedo carers have made a huge difference to our family life, both before, during and after my 16 year old son's life changing operation. The team have supported him with compassion, kindness and good humour. Structured activities have helped boost his physical wellbeing and confidence, and have contributed to a measurable increase in social communication skills. They are all amazing and we appreciate them so much.

My wife has received exemplary care from Alcedo who are regularly assessing she her needs as she suffering a degenerative condition. I have put my faith in Alcedo and its been a decision I do not regret. In particular the regional manager (K) stands out as exceptional.

New managers = Amazing can't fault them, the change in the last 2 or so months.. theve gone above and beyond along with the carers to try help me and help get more support in place with social workers. late nights, endless phone calls and emails. always there to speak to and always get back to you. Im so happy to be under there care i just wish they was around from the start of my care. Any issues that may of come up were dealt with and sorted and we move on.

As someone who is neurodiverse ,diabetic and suffers with multiple mental health issues I find Alcedo care very confusing .Some staff are lovely and unfortunatly Ive had to stop some staff from attending my call due to gross unprefesional behavour .The office staff a poor at comunication if something changes as they know I cant cope very well with change.However my needs have change so extra training has been given But staff who have attended this still dont seem to have taken this extra training on board. Quiet regularly Im put to the bottom of things in other words Im at the bottom when it comes to priorties which makes me feel very low .They receive a substantial sum for my care and for this I do not feel like Im receiving value for money.

We have carers attending to take care of my granddad, they are very supportive, caring and lovely. Care staff are well trained and communicate well with us as a family. Nothing is too much trouble. The management team are very efficient and supportive of any changes or adaptations.

The carers are reliable and always take their time to understand her needs and routine. Communication with me and her son has been excellent. Having the care gives us peace of mind.

My uncle has started with the company and all the team at Alcedo Care North Liverpool. They have made a positive impact on his life, they have made a huge effort to get him out of the home as he has not been out in years. Amazing company, effective care, I feel that my uncle is safe and happy in the care being provided.

The carers supporting my mum have been amazing, they always go above and beyond. The office staff are very helpful and the communication is amazing. My mum doesn't know what she would do without the support of Alcedo Care.

Excellent support and help from carers and office. I am very happy with this company. When Lindsay came to do the intial assessment was very thorough and support has been excellent. I find my carers do a very thorough job and do all they can to help me.
