Lee, Elaine and the Chester team are doing an exceptional job looking after my elderly mother, a 90 y/o dementia patient whose needs are constantly changing. She wants to live "independently" for as long as possible and the Alcedo team are key to making this happen. Thanks go to all of them.

Everyone who has come in to me have been so caring and kind and so helpful.

We had a very rocky start last summer. Since changes to management and other staff things have improved significantly. My son now has three regular carers and we have settled into a good routine with them all.

Mum has been with Alcedo for 3 years now, and we have seen a lot of carers and even management come and go. Last summer was chaos in terms of 'revolving doors' of personnel, and we had to make a formal complaint. That said, since Danyelle and her team took over, all has changed for the better. She has brought more structure, balance and an empathetic approach. The culture has radically improved, which is evident in the carers' confidence levels and attitudes. All round training is also better, with greater diligence and respect. I know my mum feels safe and well cared for now.

Our son has really benefited positively from the support Alcedo has provided. he looks forward to his support and has created lovely friendships with staff members. He has grown in confidence and enjoys his routine of going out. As parents, we were worried about him going out without us, but staff members put us at ease, and as a family, we have created positive, trusting relationships with staff.

I feel like I can ring up any time, and this will be sorted for me. Mine and my daughter's needs are met. We feel at ease at home with all the carers, especially one in particular. I feel like my children also feel comfortable around the staff. I would recommend Alcedo Care Warrington.

Alcedo Chester have been caring for my dad recently. They very kindly stepped in and cared for my dad at home when we thought he would have to go into a care home. The care my dad received from Alcedo Chester was outstanding. The carers are amazing, so lovely. They chatted to him whilst doing his care which is so nice for him and for mum to hear too. The best care he has ever had. They went above and beyond offering to do little jobs for Mum in the house to when they had a little extra time. We are eternally grateful for your kindness.

The carers are friendly, kind and willing. They have become part of our life and it is always a pleasure to see them.

Excellent empathy shown by all the staff at Alcedo Care (Crewe). Always there for not only my dad but all the family. Every person you speak to from managers to care workers I was always treated with respect and looked after like part of the family just like there professionalism and the excellent working ethic shown throughout their Alcedo family. We found all the carers excellent and the office staff very helpful and always on the end of the phone when needed. Overall, a very good experience for both myself and my husband.
