We have been with Alcedo Care for over six months and the care has been a great help in getting my husband up in the mornings, showered, shaved, and having breakfast! He responds very well to their care and gets up at once (he doesn't when I do it!). Carers are always very friendly and polite, and I know my husband responds to them well. Thank you!
Thank you very much for your kind words, we will ensure this feedback is passed back to our team.
Since taking over my grandad's care in November, I have been extremely satisfied with the level of care. Staff are professional and care with dignity and high standards. The compliance towards medication management is excellent.

The lady has been to me on four occasions regarding my procedure. She is a lovely caring young woman who understands the importance of keeping my dignity intact. She's very thoughtful and always smilng and proactive, I look forward to her visits. I have no complaints at all she follows all the infection control and does what is needed. So far our experience with Alcedo Care has been fantastic. They have shown great interest and have been keen to learn how to communicate via a communication board with my dad.
