Apart from the holiday, I have a weekly 3 hour visit which allows me to get out of the house and do things I am normally not able to do.

We have been with Alcedo Care for over six months and the care has been a great help in getting my husband up in the mornings, showered, shaved, and having breakfast! He responds very well to their care and gets up at once (he doesn't when I do it!). Carers are always very friendly and polite, and I know my husband responds to them well. Thank you!

Since taking over my grandad's care in November, I have been extremely satisfied with the level of care. Staff are professional and care with dignity and high standards. The compliance towards medication management is excellent.

The lady has been to me on four occasions regarding my procedure. She is a lovely caring young woman who understands the importance of keeping my dignity intact. She's very thoughtful and always smilng and proactive, I look forward to her visits. I have no complaints at all she follows all the infection control and does what is needed. I'm hopeful she'll be with me for some time.

My son spends quality time with his two carers. They see to his wants and needs. The carers interact with him as much as they can. He enjoys trips out in the community several times a week. I feel that the service the carers provide is right for my son.

He looks forward to the calls and enjoys the freedom from his parents. The staff are always on time for us, know us well and let us know in advance of anything, they are always good. Always understanding.

I'm happy with the care we are given and the help I'm getting has given me more time, I struggled before Alcedo joined us. She has connected will with the carers.
