Excellent service from Alcedo from my Wife's hospital discharge to home and provision of 24 hour care at home. Very good training for staff by ITU trained company nurses.

Excellent communications with us as the clients and senior and local manager's. Made me and my Wife feel that joint care descions and staffing are maintained.

Very good complex carers who not only support my Wife's complex care needs but help considerably with her wellbeing also.

My son can have challenging behaviour when anxious and his carers are very good at giving him space when needed, and being flexible to enable him to do what he needs to stay regulated. He has really positive relationships with both carers and office staff, and enjoys popping into the office for a chat. The office staff are great. Any concerns we have raised or changes requested have always been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Easy to change shifts and all shifts covered at all times even at last notice .

Alcedo have been a great support to our family over the past 21 months. We have built a wonderful relationship with them and we truly appreciate they do. The staff are kind, reliable, and clearly love their job. They make a genuine effort to keep my child engaged and it is clear how much he loves their company - he always gets excited when they arrive at our house.
