Hi, my name is Katie, and I am the Operations Manager for Alcedo Care Carlisle.

Hi, my name is Rebecca and I am the Deputy Manager for Alcedo Care Carlisle. My role in a nutshell is to assist the Care Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of our home care service, to ensure that we are providing excellent quality, person-centred care to our clients.

My name is Stephanie and I’m the Care Assessor at Alcedo Care Carlisle. As a Care Assessor, my role is to prepare and adapt person-centred care plans for our clients and their families. These might be produced with the client alone, but sometimes might also involve other healthcare professionals. It is my responsibility to ensure our clients have the maximum amount of input possible into the care plan, and that it takes into account not only their personal and medical information, but also their likes, dislikes, and what we can do to enrich their lives and support independence

Hi, my name is Ailsa, and I am the Care Assessor for Alcedo Care Carlisle.

Hi, my name is Alexa, and I’m the Field Care Supervisor at Alcedo Care Carlisle. My role includes carrying out spot-checks and supervisions with carers, making sure they are providing the high standards of care we strive for. I support the development and well-being of carers, making sure they are happy in their work and our clients are happy with the care delivered.
