My name is Victoria Leecy, and I am the Operations Manager for Alcedo Care in the Carlisle and Cumbria area. I have over 7 years of experience in health and social care and have worked with children and adults in a wide range of settings, from children’s homes, rehabilitation, support units, care homes and home care.

I am currently in the process of completing my Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

Throughout my career, I have always been passionate about the care and support of clients and have always gone that extra mile for staff and clients to ensure we provide person-centred care.

I have a passion to make a difference. Alcedo Care has given me the support to achieve the best possible outcomes for my team, the clients and my own professional development.

Outside of work, I am a mum to two boys to whom I devote all my time. I love to spend quality time with my family and enjoy a bit of decorating and gardening.

Hi, my name is Katie, and I am the Area Manager for Alcedo Care Carlisle.

My name is Stephanie and I’m the Care Assessor at Alcedo Care Carlisle. As a Care Assessor, my role is to prepare and adapt person-centred care plans for our clients and their families. These might be produced with the client alone, but sometimes might also involve other healthcare professionals. It is my responsibility to ensure our clients have the maximum amount of input possible into the care plan, and that it takes into account not only their personal and medical information, but also their likes, dislikes, and what we can do to enrich their life and support independence

Hi, my name is Alexa, and I’m the Field Care Supervisor at Alcedo Care Carlisle. My role includes carrying out spot-checks and supervisions with carers, making sure they are providing the high standards of care we strive for. I support the development and well-being of carers, making sure they are happy in their work and our clients are happy with the care delivered.
