Hello,
My name is Kirstie, and I am delighted to introduce myself as the Operations Manager for Alcedo Care North Yorkshire. I joined Alcedo Care in 2022 and, during my time here, I have gained invaluable experience working within a forward-thinking and people-focused organisation that truly values quality care and community support.
I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, which has given me a strong foundation in care delivery, management, and best practice standards. Building on this, I have also recently completed my Level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership, equipping me with the skills to lead teams effectively, drive organisational growth, and ensure services are delivered to the highest possible standard.
In my role as Operations Manager, I am passionate about ensuring that our service operates smoothly, efficiently, and with the needs of both our clients and staff at the heart of the process. I am particularly excited about supporting the Yorkshire team to expand and develop services across North Yorkshire, ensuring that individuals and families in our communities receive the exceptional care and support that Alcedo Care is known for.
I look forward to working closely with colleagues, partners, and the wider community to make a positive and lasting impact as we continue to grow and strengthen our services in this region.
