Alcedo Care Central and East Lancashire

Just wanted to say how thankful we are as a family for all the support Alcedo Care East and Central has given my sister, her husband and my nephew. It's been a big help to them, and it means a lot to us knowing they have that extra support. The carers have been lovely with my nephew, and the branch staff have always been helpful and easy to talk to. Everyone has made things that little bit easier for the family. I'd really like to see Alcedo Care East and Central recognised for the support and quality of care they provide. We really appreciate everything they do and look forward to building an even stronger relationship with the company.

The care my father received was truly exceptional. Every member of the team treated him with kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion. They took the time to listen, kept us informed, and always made sure he was comfortable and well cared for.

Although it has been a few months since my mother-in-law received care from Alcedo Care Blackburn, I wanted to express our heartfelt thanks. From the start, everything was handled professionally, and the carers were consistently kind, compassionate, and respectful. Knowing she was in such safe hands gave our family real comfort and peace of mind. We will be booking again later this year. Thank you to everyone involved for the wonderful care and kindness shown to our mother-in-law and our family.

Alcedo care have been providing care for my father over the last few months. I can't thank the staff enough for the care they have provided & continue to provide. They are attentive to his complex needs and are always happy to help with anything he needs. It is a huge weight lifted off our shoulders knowing he is being so well cared for. They treat him with dignity and respect, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. As a parent, it means so much to know he is safe, happy, and supported. Really happy with the care provided. The carers always include my son in decisions where he goes and he is really happy following the visits.

The staff here are great for my grandma and treat her with respect and kindness which is lovely to see especially as the will be there for the foreseeable. She seems happy to be there. Keep up the good work!

Alcedo have been very helpful in supporting my husband, they have made our day to day life much easier with such friendly faces. I can not thank Alcedo enough for what they have done for our family and quality of life.

My son has taken really well to his new carers. Both carers encourage him to be independent where possible. He has been on multiple activities and the carers have engaged well with him. Great communication from office staff who are friendly and make me feel at ease.

So far everything has been fab, the carers have been very nice. The office staff have been very helpful and they were amazing at setting things up for us!

My son feels comfortable with some members of staff. Always happy when he is with one particular man. I feel like the office communicates well with me, if I've had a problem there is always someone there.

The care is trouble-free, my mum loves the carers and has made friends with them. We would all be very sad if any did leave. The service is what was expected and more.

The care provision from Alcedo Care Preston in the last 6 months has been excellent. My son really enjoys all the activities with staff. Support workers are professional, caring and dedicated. We could not do without the support and respite provided by Alcedo. Thank you.

The carers are caring and efficient, they are punctual and treat my husband with respect and dignity during their duties. Nothing is too much trouble and are always polite and caring and treat us both with dignity and respect.

My carer is always friendly and does all the jobs I need help with. My carer does my jobs the way I like them doing. I'm always treated with respect and dignity. If anything comes up i.e. like pop across to the shop, open a window that I can't - the carer will do it for me. If I need a meal, the carer is always happy to do this for me. I like the way my carer can see things that need doing that I hadn't seen. They will do this without question. I enjoy my chats on visits.

My aunt has been really happy with the care from all the carers and the management of the office team. They have given our family a great sense of peace of mind. They genuinely care and go over and above the expected. Highly recommend!
