Overall Experience

This company are truly the best. I've never had such a caring company for my sister. We have had a few different companies over the past two years and Alcedo Care are by far the best one we have come across. My sister has complex care needs so for us it is very important to have the right care for her. She is cared for by such kind, warm and well-trained staff that really do make a difference to her life not just clinically but emotionally. She feels happy with her carers and I've not seen her laugh so much in a long time. We are forever grateful. I must add this also, always on time, wearing a uniform and correct PPE, they understand the importance of safety as well as care. Excellent service!

Overall Experience

The majority of the time, we have a positive time with care for our daughter. When we have had issues, they are usually listened to and addressed. For myself, my daughter has a lot of autistic tendencies, so new people are difficult. Then we have staff who come regularly and get to know her ways well. This works for us better.
