Our carers are indeed lovely and we would disagree with your review as our carers do deliver excellent person centred care. This must be true as you asked some of our care staff to work for you directly. Continuity of staff on the package was 90% at the time the service was ended by yourself, but as approval of new staff by yourself on the package had proved problematic we could not therefore build up a staff team and cover the full package, this also meant sickness cover was very hard. The breaching of professional boundaries between yourself and the carers, ultimately offering to employ them direct led to difficulties and we completely understand it is sometimes difficult to respect or understand the need for these boundaries. We did try to restore the service after this issue however it was your decision to serve notice, a decision we obviously respected. In light of this we believe this is not actually an objective review of our care service.

Thank you for your kind words. It was an absolute pleasure to support your mum and wish you the very best in the future. I will pass the feedback on to the team.
Thank you for the kind words regarding the staff and the care that was delivered by the staff members. I will pass this on to the team. We do have a family access which allows the family to see which staff member is attending. We also make our customers aware of any emergency changes that have occurred.
Thank you very much for your review and I will pass it over to the staff team who support. Our carers do wear name badges and we will look into making the text bigger.
