I am over the moon with the standards of care received. The care staff are dedicated and go above and beyond. I can't thank the company enough. I would highly recommend that anyone needing care reaches out.

Service provided has been a massive success. At the start, when mum and myself were finding it hard. Everyone who visited showed empathy and did all they could to help. A real strength throughout has been the social element. I love how the carers will chat and simply talk about life (it feels personal). Only challenge is updating pill changes (but understand).

I have been satisfied with the level of care provided, he has always been comfortable with his carers and the level of communication has always been good.

Carers are always on time always respectful easy to get along with and is always happy around most, he has started to recognise staff that have come regular and he's always treated well.

When the carers come to see me they do what I ask them to do they are so polite and friendly, we have a good chat and the carers and weekend staff are so good to me and they know what to do.

The carers do all they can to get to me at the correct time but sometimes the rotas are difficult for them to keep to time.

Carers always reliable and company always reliable. Have had a carer for several years and she is great and very conscientious.

My son has received a very good level of care, with all staff being caring and attentive. There have been some issues with staff consistency however the team have always ensured they have explored as many options as possible to avoid disruption to us as a family. We have been supported by a fair few agencies over the years but Alcedo have been the best by far and I feel extremely confident in their capabilities to give my son the care he deserves.
