Job Description: We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Evening Care Workers. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing support and assistance to individuals who require help with daily tasks and personal care in the comfort of their own homes during the evening hours.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Administering medication according to prescribed schedules.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Supporting clients with mobility and transferring as needed.
• Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Documenting care provided and any changes in clients' conditions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a care-related role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to work.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and obtain necessary certifications.
