Enter Evaris. What a difference from Day 1! They listened and they acted immediately. My friend's desires seemed to change weekly, due to her illness but nothing was impossible with Evaris. Hand on heart, possibly one of the best Agencies I have come across. And never feel embarrassed if you have a worry or a concern about their dealings with your loved one.. that is what they are there for and they will do everything in their power to keep you, and your loved one happy and secure.

My wife has long term health conditions that have largely confined her to her bed. Over the years we have worked with numerous care providers, both privately and using direct payments. Evaris are the latest and the best so far, we are just coming up to two years with them. We have a small team of dedicated people who each bring something different to the job of looking after my wife. I am kept involved too, and we have found that the team are willing to learn and prioritise improving my wife's day, be it through the social. aspect, or the essential personal care. The management team back at the office are equally responsive and helpful, and together we have refined the care package to be excellent. There is of course always room for some improvement, especially as needs change. However I have given 5 stars as I truly believe that the team at Evaris will try their best to accommodate our needs. I also believe that flexibility on behalf of the client works best and gives better outcomes.

Mum has had care provided by Evaris for the last few months, her carers are always kind and willing to help with anything she needs, even though she is fiercely independent and tries to do as much as she can for herself. As she has been diagnosed with dementia it gives me peace of mind to know that someone has called to see her every day, given any personal care required and administered her medication as she wouldn't remember to do this herself. The online notes the carer makes after calling are also very useful meaning I can check how mum is when I'm at work. In the main she has three carers that attend on a rota, unlike other care companies that can send many different careers throughout a week.

Allan is so happy with the care provided to him. Carers are all professional and very supportive to Allan's needs. We would be lost without you all. You also stepped in at short notice to sort Allan's care which was such a relief and made our lives so much better. I can't thank you enough.

Evasris took on the care of my mother in February and I am delighted that she is in such good hands. The management and administration side is great with superb communication. The carers who look after mum are really diligent and professional. We have had nothing but positive experiences. Knowing I can trust in the quality of care alleviates all the worries you would have for an elderly parent.

The professionalism and care received over the last few weeks from all the carers and management has been exemplary. After a very bad and stressful experience with another company has been such a relief to now receive such excellent standards of care for Dad. To have the communication and knowledge after every visit to know what has been done, how dad is and, despite all the challenges that we are having with dad, I feel, he is being looked after as well as possible.

I'm very happy with the sitting service, the ladies who we have are wonderful. They are so caring. My husband, who has Alzheimer's is so settled with them, My family have noticed how settled he has been and I really appreciate the service. Thank you Affexa.

My mum has received care with this company for a couple of months now, four times a day. She is very happy with all the carers and has settled into her new daily routine really well. The carers are friendly and attentive and leave her with all she needs until their next visit and tidy up after themselves. We have no complaints.

Do a very good job, all around, good job. The staff support me very good. Carers always support me to shower which my other call company didn't. Carers take me out to different places which I enjoy.

My grandad has been receiving home visits from Affexa for over a year now. Initially he was only having 3 visits a week, but due to how impressed we’ve been with the care my grandad has been receiving, over time his visits have now increased to 10 a week. This has greatly supported my grandad in maintaining his independence and staying in his own home as his needs have changed over time.

My carers are always very friendly, caring and supportive whilst also allowing me to maintain my independence where possible. They always make me laugh and cheer me up.

First time using carers overall experience is very good.

The care and consideration shown to my mother was lovely. All the carers are friendly and help make the experience for an independent lady good.

I have not been with the company long but have found the level of care to be of a high standard. The staff never make me feel embarrassed about my disability. However, there was one occasion when a staff member made me feel unsafe and very anxious. I told the office and it was dealt with quickly.

I have found the care that I have received has been first-class. The carers have all treated me with dignity and friendliness. I feel lucky that I live in Stafford and have such caring ladies looking after me.

Of course, I have my favourites but I get regular carers who I know.
