A professional, passionate, caring and reliable care provider who has never let my mother down and is flexible to her needs and requirements. I have used a couple of other care providers in the past for my mother but was so impressed with Affexa from the start and now, nearly 2 years on would never be without them. I have absolute confidence in their staff, no ‘ask’ is ever too much trouble and their genuine kindness and concern for mum’s well-being is second to none. With Affexa’s help, guidance and attention to detail it has made it so much easier to keep mum in the community and they have also made my life so much easier. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them.

The carers are always very cheerful and seem to have the knack to make my husband smile, sometimes laugh and occasionally sing with them.
Considering that he has been bed-bound since March last year that is some achievement, I'm not sure I would be able to react in the same way in his position.
The girls can also manage most of the time to get him to eat and take his medication when I cannot.

I am very happy with the care and support from the care practitioners that visit me and the office, e.g One lady is always there to help me with any enquiries. She sorts things out straight away and is always pleasant. I look forward to seeing the girls and having a nice chat. Overall I would recommend Affexa Care Services without a second thought.

We (both my husband and myself) use Affexa Care Services - Stafford and are very satisfied with the company. All the carers are very professional, thoughtful and thorough. They have become a part of the family! They work patiently and carefully with us, which can't always be easy. We would not hesitate to recommend Affexa and are very happy to have found them.
I am very happy with all of the staff although they all seem to struggle due to a lack of staff members. Overall Affexa do a great job and staff seem to enjoy what they do.
We are very impressed with your services. All the staff are polite and my husband is happy with them which is very important. They all chat to my husband which again is very important. We are also very happy with the cleaning service that is working well.

Ben has had over 20 years' experience within the Health and Social Care sector, working within many settings including residential care, nursing homes, prehospital emergency medicine, community settings and specialist secure facilities.
It was when Ben found Domiciliary Care that he found a true passion for supporting people to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. Whilst working within a number of Staffordshire's home care agencies, Ben's desire for change and improvement grew.
Ben went on to study a qualification in Leadership and Management of Health and Social Care, helping to further develop his knowledge and skills needed as a Registered Manager and a provider of social care services.
Ben is passionate and driven to ensure that care and support services at home are of the highest standard possible.
He now oversees the operations for Affexa Care Services, slowly and steadily growing Affexa Care Services' reputation in providing care that goes the extra mile.
