Our Home Care Assistants benefit from :

Note: Due to the nature of this position, and the individual’s requirements, this is a FEMALE only position. Applicant MUST have a full driving license and car for the role as carers need to drive to client's homes.

Full and part time available - applicants need to be able to do a mix of AM (7.45-13.45) and PM (16.00-21.00) and every other weekend

Great rates of pay we offer BLOCK shifts so you are paid from start to finish of your shift worked! No more paid per calls, you are paid for all the time you are at work- how it should be! The inclusive rates are :

£13.75 per hour weekday and £15.75 per hour at weekends,(reviewed annually) A fuel supplement for each shift which works out at an extra 25p-30p an hour on top of normal rate. An extra £1.50 an hour on top of hourly rate when covering urgent shifts.

Family friendly start times of 07.45/ Evening shifts no later than 9pm! No nights!

Contracted hours- no 0 hr contracts!

Skills and Experience :

Applicant preferably live in Ashbourne and surrounding area

Caring nature , previous care experience desirable but not essential

Reliable and flexible

Must be available to work a shift pattern of: working every other weekend ,AM shifts (7.45-13.45) and PM shifts (16.00-21.00)

Must have use of own car and full UK license

Care Cert/NVQ HSC L2 desirable however not essential as we put all staff through these qualifications as well as our own In-House Mandatory Training

Enhanced DBS check will be completed
