The carers were professional and friendly throughout. They usually arrived as agreed and completed the contracted tasks. The ladies were willing to carry out personal care tasks and were receptive to the requests.

My mother has had a care package with Bespoke for several years. My experiences with Bespoke have been excellent. My mother had 4 carers daily and they are all exceptional caring people. Always happy to help which is very reassuring. It is not an easy job and takes a lot of commitment and compassion
to meet the individuals needs.
Bespoke is owned and run by a dedicated lady who is always available to help and sort out any issues. Gives full back up to her team. Can strongly recommend Bespoke. Thank you.

The bespoke care team provide in-home care for my mum who has dementia. I am really grateful for the support they provide mum and level of service offered, and also the help they provide me on a day-to-day basis.


Receiving home care can be a huge adjustment for all, but most importantly for the

person receiving the care. My mum really looks forward to the carers daily visits, and having a natter and a cup of tea. The manager is always contactable and is great at communicating generally if there are any scheduling issues or changes that need to be made.


I would recommend bespoke to any local resident who needs extra support at home.

Have only good things to say about Bespoke Care and Training.
The owner is very responsive, caring, knowledgable, helpful, supportive of my dad's needs and will react quickly to any medical issue he may have.
My dad is very happy with all the care he gets from their carers and I feel that he is
safe in their care and I know if there is ever a problem the carers react quickly to it and I am contacted forthwith.
An excellent company to use for my dad's care.
Wouldn't want anyone else for him.
The continuity of the carers is also to be applauded, it's quite obvious that the owner and her team look after the carers in their work as the turnover of staff is very small which in my opinion is a good thing for their clients.
We have used Bespoke Care for a number of years now firstly for my mum and now for my dad and wouldn't want any other company.

Bespoke looked after both our parents for the last 18months + until my mum passed away in February and she really enjoyed them going , my dad has spent numerous times in and out of hospital but never wanted anyone else apart from bespoke , I knew over half of the staff before they started to come and
we find all of them very friendly and approachable, now my dad has them 4 times a day which is good as they chat to him and do all his meals which helps us so much.

My mother has been a client for several years and always receives a reliable, friendly, professional service. Carers arrive on time and give her lunches and general support during a half hour call while at the same time being someone she can have a short friendly chat with.

Bespoke care team have cared for both my parents for the past four and half years. I can honestly say that they have always given the best of care, never failing to turn up no matter what the weather!
They go above and beyond the expected. At all times they have shown kindness, patience and compassion
to the both of them. The level of care is second to none.
We sadly lost Mum eight months ago but they have helped Dad so much during this time, showing empathy and patience while he tried to cope with losing her.
They have laughed and cried with us and become good friends!
A brilliant care team indeed.

The care and support that the manager and her team have given to my mother is way beyond my expectation's. Absolutely first class in every way. Extremely professional and flexible to her needs. The advice that the manager has given me is navigating the care system has been without doubt worth its weight

My mother has been using Bespoke Care & Training for almost one year. Initial meeting and assessment with the manager was thorough, with carer package put in place the following day. All carers have been easy to get along with, as well as proficient in caring for my mother over morning and early evening
visits.
There seems very low turnover with staff which is gives us great confidence in the company.
Any changes in needs, medication, or queries have been dealt with quickly and professionally.

We started using Bespoke in January 2024 after mum came out of hospital and needed care as a family we needed that bit extra. Right from the first visit we were very satisfied with the management and how she put mums needs and requirements first. Mum loves all the carers and looks forward to seeing
them, all her needs are met and the direct contact we have regarding information etc is great. It's made a very challenging time a lot easier for our family. We would highly recommend the company and of course all the lovely carers too.

My mother was cared for by Bespoke Care for several years until she had multiple falls.
The carers were as near to time as they possibly could be,were considerate, caring
and kept me informed if there were problems
as I lived 120 miles away.
The carers were trustworthy and careful to
make sure
my mother had privacy at all times!
Mum used to look forward to seeing them four times daily.Due to their care Mum is still living at 102 years of age!

Bespoke carers call in 2x per day to prepare meals for Dad, removing the responsibility and the anxiety that it was causing him from managing his diet. Whilst visiting, the carers check on his wellbeing, and ensure everything in his flat is in order, taking whatever actions are necessary - they do not
just report a problem, they deal with it.
At the end of each visit a full report is posted on an App which gives me an instant update on Dad, which is very reassuring.
The carers are all very friendly and take a real interest in Dad - what he's been doing, what might be troubling him and setting his mind at rest (he struggles with the loss of his wife).
Without doubt Bespoke have been a major part in enabling Dad to continue to live independently in the familiar surroundings of his flat. They are a pleasure to work with, which could not be said about previous care companies I have experienced. I have absolute confidence that Dad is in safe hands.
