We are on the lookout for compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our vibrant team. In this role, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives by providing essential care and support in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and a great quality of life. We do not require you to have any previous experience as we will provide all the training. Right to work in the UK is needed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
- Support with mobility, transfers, and positioning using appropriate equipment when necessary
- Prepare and assist with meals, including feeding where required
- Administer medications in line with individual care plans and company policies (training provided)
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and engagement with clients' daily routines
- Assist with housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and grocery shopping
- Follow care plans and ensure accurate record-keeping of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Respond to any changes in clients' health or wellbeing and report to the Care Coordinator
- Uphold confidentiality, dignity, and respect for clients at all times
Skills / Qualifications:
- Requirements: Experience in care work is preferred but not essential (full training provided) A caring and empathetic nature
- with a genuine desire to help others Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of health and safety
- including infection control Flexibility to work various shifts
- including weekends and evenings Must have a valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle Enhanced DBS check (company can arrange if necessary)
