Helping at Home were professional and responsive from the initial enquiry I made through to the end of providing care. The management team have been amazing, so quick to put in some urgent care and the carers visiting have all been very caring, thorough and professional. The timings were reliable and
communication was quick and straight forward. They helped support to the end of life which is what we wanted, to keep the care at home in a comfortable, quiet setting and avoid a care home or hospital.
I would highly recommend them without a doubt.

Helping at home have been looking after our Mum for some time now.
We have no complaints, office staff & carers are all wonderful .
They work together with a "live in carer from another agency due to Mum's increasing needs.
All are very approachable and professional, they really "get it" regarding
the stress of looking after someone

the carers he's had are very pleasant, friendly and effecient. Sometimes they are a little late but when here do what's needed and if finished early will help me with other household jobs which I'm very grateful. It's nice to have the following weeks rota.

An excellent crew of carers who are well informed, good listeners and talkers, who undertake personal care with kindness and efficiency.
They are always on time and they take on the tasks that I have forgotten to do.
They remind me of any tasks that I need to do and make certain that it is in my diary.

The carers have been so professional and empathetic towards my dad. He wasn't happy about strangers coming into his home but he very quickly realised how fantastic they are. He calls them his angels. We as a family are also very happy with their treatment of our dad and he always takes his medication
for them easily with no fuss. Thank you

Very pleased with our care provider. We are comfortable with all the carers we have had. They are very professional in their attention to my wife, friendly, efficient and very competent in their tasks. The office staff also rate the same as the carers. I find the weekly program email a great help.

All the Carers are friendly and pleasant. They always arrive on time and are very willing to do anything they see which needs attention i.e. washing dishes, hoovering, etc. They are always here for the full time allotted.

We're very happy with the service provided by helping at home. The carers are punctual and diligent. Nothing is to much trouble for them. It's important for my parents to know who is coming to see them, and they stick very closely to the times. This isn't something all care providers can do. They also
provide cleaning services - the house is spotless.

HAH has provided an excellent service to my mother for several months. Their carers always look professional in their uniforms, and are professional in their actions. They are friendly, patient and kind in their interactions with Mum. Additionally, the staff in the office have shown a high level

Helping at Home was recommended to us by two separate close friends, who both use their services for the care of their Mums. It was a very difficult decision for us, as we have been caring for Mum and this felt that we were letting Mum down. However, having taken that step, Helping at Home and the
carers have made this so much better than we could have hoped for. Mum's carer has been exceptional, so kind, thoughtful and nothing appears to be too much trouble. After only a month, they have built up a close bond, for which we are eternally grateful. It has given us confidence that when we are not able to be there, Mum is in very safe hands. We would have no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending Helping at Home - THANK YOU.

I have employed 'Helping at Home' for almost a year now since a hip replacement operation. I live alone and have no family nearby, so the carers have paid short visits daily to check on my welfare, perform minor domestic tasks, run local errands and also escort me to doctor and dentist appointments.
All the carers are lovely, friendly, and cheerful yet respectful of my wishes and independence as well as dignity. The management is very approachable and always keen to understand and meet my needs.

All of the carers are exceptional in their attitude and the professional way they care for my wife. They arrive on time and nothing is ever a trouble to them, when they get her up and either washed or showered and dressed. They will even go into her wardrobe and help her choose what she would like to
wear so what more could I expect or say. five-stars all the way.

Helping at Home have provided great support, from when we first contacted them. They have provided flexible care for my mother, and have responded quickly to all requests for changes to services. The carers are exactly that, they seem to genuinely care about my mother's wellbeing and are quick to alert
us to any issues. The reports on the app are very helpful, allowing us to respond to anything she needs. We have recommended Helping at Home to friends.

The Helping at Home team have now been visiting my father for around 2 months and during that time, they have built up a good rapport with my parents and are very caring, compassionate and professional in their approach.
Home visits are undertaken in a timely manner and channels of communication good.
The carers also ensure that the care being delivered to my father is always of a high standard.
The team not only provides support to my father but also to my mother who is the main carer.
Nothing is "too much trouble" and they always go the extra mile!
