Helping at Home is a very professional organization. The Carers are quite proficient and very capable. The staff have always been courteous, pleasant and respectful. I think everyone does a good job. Their feedback mechanism is very useful and they go to considerable lengths to ensure that communication is clear and effective.
Thank you for your very honest opinion. We always try our best for our clients.
We're very happy with the service provided by helping at home. The carers are punctual and diligent. Nothing is to much trouble for them. It's important for my parents to know who is coming to see them, and they stick very closely to the times. This isn't something all care providers can do. They also provide cleaning services - the house is spotless.
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We feel truly blessed to support your parents and help ensure theyre safe and well at home.
HAH has provided an excellent service to my mother for several months. Their carers always look professional in their uniforms, and are professional in their actions. They are friendly, patient and kind in their interactions with Mum. Additionally, the staff in the office have shown a high level of care and concern for Mum.
Thank you for your kind words. We're truly grateful to care for your mum and take great pride in supporting those we look after.
Many thanks for caring for close family members.
We get a list of carers attending each day and it hardly ever changes.
Keep up the good work
Thank you for your kind words. We are honoured to be able to care for your loved ones.
The girls are very friendly with mum and would do anything to help her in her daily routine.
Thank you for your kind words! We're delighted to hear that you're happy with the support your mum receives from Helping at Home. Our team takes great pride in providing friendly and compassionate care, and it's wonderful to know they are making a positive difference in her daily routine.
Helping at Home was recommended to us by two separate close friends, who both use their services for the care of their Mums. It was a very difficult decision for us, as we have been caring for Mum and this felt that we were letting Mum down. However, having taken that step, Helping at Home and the carers have made this so much better than we could have hoped for. Mum's carer has been exceptional, so kind, thoughtful and nothing appears to be too much trouble. After only a month, they have built up a close bond, for which we are eternally grateful. It has given us confidence that when we are not able to be there, Mum is in very safe hands. We would have no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending Helping at Home - THANK YOU.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your experience. We understand how difficult it can be to make the decision to seek additional support for a loved one, and we are truly honoured that you chose Helping at Home. It's heartwarming to hear how quickly your mum has built a bond with...
All of the carers are exceptional in their attitude and the professional way they care for my wife. They arrive on time and nothing is ever a trouble to them, when they get her up and either washed or showered and dressed. They will even go into her wardrobe and help her choose what she would like to wear so what more could I expect or say. five-stars all the way.
Thank you for sharing such a heartwarming review! We're thrilled to hear that you're pleased with the care your wife is receiving. Our team takes great pride in providing compassionate, professional care, and it's wonderful to know that their efforts have made a positive difference. Your feedback...
Helping at Home have provided great support, from when we first contacted them. They have provided flexible care for my mother, and have responded quickly to all requests for changes to services. The carers are exactly that, they seem to genuinely care about my mother's wellbeing and are quick to alert us to any issues. The reports on the app are very helpful, allowing us to respond to anything she needs. We have recommended Helping at Home to friends.
Home visits are undertaken in a timely manner and channels of communication good. The carers also ensure that the care being delivered to my father is always of a high standard.
The team not only provides support to my father but also to my mother who is the main carer.
Nothing is "too much trouble" and they always go the extra mile!
Thank you.
Would highly recommend the service.
Weekly rota is sent so we know who is coming so we can prepare our daughter.
The Care Staff are very professional and respectful at all times
Helping at Home provide great feedback when needed by monitoring them with every visit and giving updates via the Birdie app
I recommend them to anyone looking for home care for an elderly person
I'd struggled to find a care agency who would cover the rural areas outside Newark, and feel that we were beyond lucky to find Helping at Home. From the very first meeting, and during every visit, they treated my mum with kindness and patience. They took on board every request and were really flexible around changing visit times when required. The reports written on the app after every visit allowed me an insight into Mum's regime and were a comfort to me, as I live in a different part of the country. I cannot recommend the team highly enough.
Thank you for taking the time to post the review. We wish you and the family all the best.
The team at Helping at Home have always been great and are completely flexible regarding my dad's needs.
One carer in particular is very accommodating and nothing is too much trouble for her.
I would thoroughly recommended this team.
Having previously used another service provider, I have been greatly impressed with the service that is provided. All of the carers without exception are professional and go the extra mile to ensure that all of my mothers' needs are met. They always have time to chat which is as important to my mother as being washed and dressed. The app enables me to see at a glance how the visit has been and gives me total peace of mind which I find very reassuring when I am at work. It also allows for my sister who lives many miles away to keep in touch with my mother's wellbeing on a daily basis.
