As a Community Carer you will provide direct care to clients and help them manage their daily activities to remain independent in their own home. You will work with vulnerable adults and will be required to support with diet and nutrition, personal care, continence care, administering medication, companionship, ensuring safety, running errands, shopping, social support and preventing isolation, communicating with family and health care professionals. Day, evening and weekend shifts available. You will be joining a supportive and caring team with a Nurse Manager.
