Carltonlima Care provides high quality, person centred care to clients in their own home. Their aim is to support clients to live as independently and relaxed as possible. The team is led by a Nurse Manager, who has a hands on approach to care and supporting the team.

Staff are motivated, kind and compassionate. They are trained to a very high standard and are continuously monitored and supported, to ensure clients care needs and safety are met.

I am so glad that we found this company while looking for care for my elderly Mum who has dementia and other life changing ailments.
Nothing has been too much trouble for the team. They are very sympathetic towards Mum and, with their experience, have dealt with everything from dealing with Mum's
day to day needs as well as answering any questions we have. They have also spoke with the GP on our behalf as well as social services.
I have absolute faith in them and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a quality care company.

I can't recommend the Carltonlima team enough. They're a professional, well presented, warm, caring & friendly team. They looked after my mother in law who suffers with Parkinsons when she returned home after her hip operation. Always on time for her visits, courteous & efficient. Happy to help with
personal care, household chores or just sit & chat away. Thank you Caltonlima, we are very grateful to have had such a trustworthy team on hand.

The team from Carltonlima Care Ltd looked after my father until the point where he needed to move into a care home that provided 24 hour support. The service they provided was second to none and they kept me informed at all times when my father's care needs started to change. Thank you to the manager
and her team, especially 3 staff members in particular who were so kind and considerate in helping my father during a difficult time.

Carltonlima Care team are a friendly caring team and go out of there way to help me get in touch with medical people needed to help my mum outside her normal care.
They also try there best to accommodate you if your loved one needs extra care i.e additional visits.
My mum has been with Carltonlima
around one year now and I would recommend them.

We have been using Carltonlima Care, the manager and her wonderful team for over a year now. They provide excellent care for my dad and I have so much confidence in them and I can see they genuinely care about my dad too. He has regular carers which is so important to us to enable them to deliver the
best possible care for dad. We have to continually tweak dads care plan as his needs keep changing but this never seems to be a problem. Thank you to the manager and your team, don't know what we would do without you all.

I have been a carer for my Mum who has Alzheimer's for 4 years but as her needs were changing earlier in the year I realised she would benefit from some extra support. I carried out a lot of research into trying to find carers that my Mum would take to. Through a friend of a friend of a friend, I found
Carltonlima Care! Right from the offset, I felt confident that this company could provide the type of care that would suit my Mum and I can tell she enjoys the visits. The manager and her team are all incredibly professional yet personable and literally nothing is too much trouble, I seem to be constantly asking to introduce new things into the routine and it all gets done with no quibble! Having the extra support from Carltonlima Care enables me to have some time back for myself and means that my brother and I are worrying much less on the days we are not with our Mum. I would not hesitate to recommend the manager and her team, they are amazing!

From the moment I made contact with Carltonlima, I knew this was going to be the care agency that we would engage with to help Dad. The manager arranged to meet me and Dad at home at short notice, and then followed up on that initial meeting with all of the information we needed to make an informed
decision.
Dad just needs one visit a day at present, but all of the team arrive promptly, make sure Dad's needs are attended to and also make time to hear about him, and have a cuppa. They are quick to alert me if they have any concerns. I love the fact that I can check into the daily reports on the app, and pick up snippets of info. Dad has settled in well to his new routine, meaning that we, his children, who live at least 60 miles away have the confidence that he can continue to live independently for now. As his Alzheimer's disease progresses, we will be able to increase the level of care and hopefully, with Carltonlima's help, he will be able to stay at home for as long as possible.

If you are looking for a care company that will put your family member's best interest at the heart of what they do, look no further than Carltonlima Care.
The manager has been ever so accommodating in setting up a post-operative package of care to enable him to return home and transition back to
independence, even when his discharge date kept changing, she continually delayed the start date with no complaints.
This was only supposed to be a short-term package of care, however, the care he has received to date has been so brilliant that he is considering keeping visits in place indefinitely. My grandad speaks ever so fondly of the team, he really looks forward to his visits.
The staff are kind, promote independence, and just 'get on with it' with nothing being too much trouble. The care is very personal and the team take the time to learn their service users individually. We will not hesitate to recommend Carltonlima Care and the manager to anybody looking for care.

This was my first time away and needing to arrange care for my 89-year-old mum who has Alzheimer’s. The manager is very kind and professional and when mum had a slight issue on day one it was resolved quickly and efficiently which I was extremely grateful for. Most importantly Mum enjoyed their visits
and chats and I won’t hesitate to use the manager and her team again. Thank you.

First-class service. All are very friendly, helpful and caring providers. I asked them to send me a message every day to let me know if Mother is ok. I live a few miles from Mother and can only visit 2 or 3 times a week. Also, I go on holiday 2 or 3 times a year. So having the carers visit every day
and receiving daily messages is reassuring. Overall, a very good service - well pleased.

I was my mother’s carer for over a decade, she was adamant she would not go into a care home. I began my own business and my hours meant I couldn’t be there as often daily, initially I got independent help from experienced carers. But as her needs increased I realised more professional care was needed.
It is a minefield out there not knowing who to employ. I didn’t want different people coming in daily who had no chance of building a relationship with Mum but as luck would have it a friend told me of a wonderful lady who was a nurse about to set up her own care company.
The manager and her team started in July 2023 they were brilliant. They have shown my mum true care and attention. Going above and beyond many times. They give me peace of mind sorting Drs, prescriptions and meds I was able to enjoy my mum as her daughter. Mum recently passed peacefully. The team made her last months in her home comfortable and manageable, very professionally.

The Carltonlima team looked after my mother for several months before she finally moved into a hospice. The care they gave her was second to none, they went beyond the call of duty on many occasions. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The peace of mind they gave us during a rapid decline in my mother's
health was immeasurable. They are professional, reliable and compassionate.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them for any caring roles.

Lacey has worked in health care since 2004 and has been a registered adult nurse since 2007. Lacey has worked in various sectors, including; acute wards, the community and nursing homes. Lacey has also won numerous awards including Nurse of the Year. Lacey still works at a local private hospital to keep up to date with clinical skills.


Lacey started Carltonlima Care in April 2023 as she saw a need for high-quality, person-centred care to be delivered in the local area. In addition, she saw a need for care staff to be supported and trained comprehensively to care for people effectively and safely. Lacey’s hands-on approach ensures that staff are well-led and supported.


Lacey ensures client needs are met by providing care herself alongside her team.
