I asked for their services for companionship while I was away on holiday, and to make sure he had eaten his meals that day.

On return from my holiday he said he was happy with them coming into his home and we would have continued with their services if the need had warranted it at that time.

We have been using Carltonlima Care, the manager and her wonderful team for over a year now. They provide excellent care for my dad and I have so much confidence in them and I can see they genuinely care about my dad too. He has regular carers which is so important to us to enable them to deliver the best possible care for dad. We have to continually tweak dads care plan as his needs keep changing but this never seems to be a problem. Thank you to the manager and your team, don't know what we would do without you all.

I have been a carer for my Mum who has Alzheimer's for 4 years but as her needs were changing earlier in the year I realised she would benefit from some extra support. I carried out a lot of research into trying to find carers that my Mum would take to. Through a friend of a friend of a friend, I found Carltonlima Care! Right from the offset, I felt confident that this company could provide the type of care that would suit my Mum and I can tell she enjoys the visits. The manager and her team are all incredibly professional yet personable and literally nothing is too much trouble, I seem to be constantly asking to introduce new things into the routine and it all gets done with no quibble! Having the extra support from Carltonlima Care enables me to have some time back for myself and means that my brother and I are worrying much less on the days we are not with our Mum. I would not hesitate to recommend the manager and her team, they are amazing!

Dad just needs one visit a day at present, but all of the team arrive promptly, make sure Dad's needs are attended to and also make time to hear about him, and have a cuppa. They are quick to alert me if they have any concerns. I love the fact that I can check into the daily reports on the app, and pick up snippets of info. Dad has settled in well to his new routine, meaning that we, his children, who live at least 60 miles away have the confidence that he can continue to live independently for now. As his Alzheimer's disease progresses, we will be able to increase the level of care and hopefully, with Carltonlima's help, he will be able to stay at home for as long as possible.

The staff are kind, promote independence, and just 'get on with it' with nothing being too much trouble. The care is very personal and the team take the time to learn their service users individually. We will not hesitate to recommend Carltonlima Care and the manager to anybody looking for care.

This was my first time away and needing to arrange care for my 89-year-old mum who has Alzheimer’s. The manager is very kind and professional and when mum had a slight issue on day one it was resolved quickly and efficiently which I was extremely grateful for. We are delighted to receive care from Carltonlima Care Ltd. The staff are so nice, kind and efficient and punctual. They have taken their time to find out about my father. It feels very personal and it has been easy to contact them if we need to. The smaller size of the company makes us feel very cared for. They feel like team!

First-class service. All are very friendly, helpful and caring providers. I asked them to send me a message every day to let me know if Mother is ok. I live a few miles from Mother and can only visit 2 or 3 times a week. Also, I go on holiday 2 or 3 times a year. So having the carers visit every day and receiving daily messages is reassuring. Overall, a very good service - well pleased.
