My support from Homelium so far has been great, I received much more support now than I ever did with previous company's. My carer preferences are mostly adhered to and accommodated where possible but I understand I can't always have them. The support from Homelium allows me to venture out further,
engage in more actives and be able to not feel rushed when completing certain tasks.

Overall, very pleased with your carers
All seem very polite and assist my wife in all her personal needs.
My wife also feels comfortable with ladies that come three times a week.

They have built up a good secure rapport with the client.

An excellent care company, real care by carers, and gives me confidence my mother is in safe hands when I can't be there. We are provided with regular updates on group activities and gives me full confidence in their professionalism and attention to detail

The majority of the carers have a good work ethic and i have built a great rapport with them. when i'm taken out i feel safe and secure in their company, and they keep me active mentally and physically. we enjoy conversations and laughs during services. As the daughter of someone having care, its amazing to see how well my father gets along with those caring for him. The Homelium Sherborne team have been wonderful. They arrive on time, are cheerful and personable, and are respectful towards my mother. She enjoys their visits very much, saying how kind they all are. The carers leave the house clean and tidy. Communication is good. Would recommend.

It has been a great service through out. All the carers are really friendly. They have been amazing with my father and always been very professional with his needs as well as keeping him good company. This was our first experience having carers come into our family home and they couldn't have made it

A very good team sourced by a good Officer who appoints very suitable staff. I had one not so good experience which was dealt with efficiently. The Sherborne team are very good do struggle slightly from having to support other areas of Dorset.
I am more than happy with the variety and efficiency of
a young enthusiastic unit. Having not heard of Homelium before I would happily recommend my local team.

All carers who attended my father in his own home were reliable, professional and friendly.


I asked for their services for companionship while I was away on holiday, and to make sure he had eaten his meals that day.


On return from my holiday he said he was happy with them coming into his home and

we would have continued with their services if the need had warranted it at that time.

Since my Mother and I made the difficult, but preferred decision for her to go to her own home rather than a care home, this left the responsibility to the care provider.
I must say that all the carers that visit her have made her living at home possible, enjoyable and above all puts both minds at
ease.
