When I’m not immersed in the world of care, you might find me reminiscing about my favourite travel destination- the Isles of Scilly. It’s a breathtaking place that feels like a slice of the Caribbean right across from Cornwall! If you were to catch me on a karaoke night (which doesn’t happen often) I might belt out “I will survive.” It perfectly captures the rhythm of my busy life, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
