Homelium West Sussex

Some carers are good/great. But there are some who are incompetent. Some show no care and want to be out as quick as possible, covering bare basics. A particular carer has weekly sickness, days off, causing regular changes in times and calls. Company seems to of declined drastically.

We are always told of any time and staff changes.

An excellent care company, real care by carers, and gives me confidence my mother is in safe hands when I can't be there. We are provided with regular updates on group activities and gives me full confidence in their professionalism and attention to detail

High quality care from people who care. Whatever problems they may or may not have, they leave them behind once they cross the door step. Care comes with a smile. Aware of a client's "issues", they deal professionally with any problem . Highly recommended.

So pleased i moved to homelium from another agency. I feel i have progressed more and more. Ever day i achieve more with the help of my wonderful carers. The commmunication with management is the best any issjes is always resolved promptly
