I have been very pleased with the service from the carers. They have been very efficient and pleasant.

We have set allocated carers and We have set times that they visit and they are extremely adaptable with us especially as sometimes we need this to change due to our own shift changes etc . My nan needs round the clock support, as a family we do our best but with work commitments we just couldn't cope on our own so Homelium plug the gaps that we just can't be around and this means nan does not need to go in a care home. The majority of the carers have a good work ethic and i have built a great rapport with them. when i'm taken out i feel safe and secure in their company, and they keep me active mentally and physically. we enjoy conversations and laughs during services. The manager out stands professionalism, whom is caring and offers effective secure care.

Staff were professional & friendly. They were punctual and clean. I stopped the service once my catheter was removed, and I only needed to wash and dress myself.

Very satisfied with the service I receive. They are very kind and considerate to me. She always asks how I am and calls out when she arrives. It's reassuring and caring. Thank you.

I was going to rate as good, but in hindsight. I cannot fault the company, after chatting with my daughter, I realise I would be lost without them and their attention to detail, going above and beyond to help me.

I am very happy with my service both morning and evening. I cannot complain about any aspect of my care, my carers go well above what I would expect of them. I think of them as my friends as well as them giving exemplary care.

Homelium took over my Father's care after the re-enablement package, which had followed his long hospital stay, came to an end. They have proved reliable, professional and kind. They are very communicative and it is a great comfort to me to know that he is in safe hands and they will let me know of any issues promptly.

My mum found herself requiring daily carers shortly after losing my father of over 50 years. The first company providing care fell very short, turning up late, lots of different daily carers and not befriending my mother at all. Homelium has been a revelation in quality care for my mother. We agreed a time and they arrive dead on time twice daily, they are friendly and attentive and really seem interested in growing a lovely relationship with her. She has the same 2/3 carers and is forging wonderful relationships with them. They have their daily chores but use their initiative to make my mother's life good. They spend time with her, they are not rushing. We 100% recommend Homelium. My mum is thriving. It has taken the pressure off us, her children, as we know she is being looked after as we ourselves would look after her. The manager is approachable, friendly and professional as are her team.

Mum has advanced dementia and has 24-hour live-in care provided by Homelium. She lives on her own in a remote location so finding the right support was important to us. We decided on Live in Care a few years ago and this has been the right approach for us. The needs of someone with advanced dementia are very high and we are really satisfied with the care Mum receives.
