Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum (based on 37.5 hrs/week) – Part-Time Pro Rata Contract Type: Full-Time or Part-Time – Flexible Shifts Available

Driving Required: Yes – Full UK Licence & Access to a Reliable Vehicle

Your Role

As a Community Carer, you’ll provide warm, person-centred care in clients’ homes, including:

• Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Support with meals and hydration
• Medication prompts and administration
• Emotional reassurance and companionship
• Mobility assistance
• Light household tasks (tidying, laundry, fresh linens)
• Recording care via our easy-to-use mobile app

You’ll become a trusted presence—offering practical help and heartfelt support when it matters most.

Working Hours

We especially welcome availability during evenings and weekends. Shifts include:

• Evenings: Typically 4:00pm–10:00pm
• Weekends: Mornings, afternoons, or full days
• Extra Shifts: Pick up additional hours via our Click to Care app

We’ll collaborate with you to build a rota that suits your availability while ensuring consistent care for our clients.

_ Important: Rural Driving Required_

Many of our clients live in remote countryside locations, often accessed via narrow country lanes. You’ll need:

• A full UK driving licence
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Confidence driving in rural areas and all weather conditions
