Female Homecare Worker – Garstang

Are you a caring, compassionate woman looking to make a real difference in your local community? We’re recruiting female homecare workers in Garstang to support clients with dignity, empathy, and respect.

This role is open to female applicants only, in line with the expressed preferences of the clients you’ll be supporting. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship for overseas applicants at this time.

From our Poulton office, we’ve enriched lives across Lancashire for over 30 years. Our carers work locally—no long commutes, just meaningful care work close to home.

What you’ll do:

• Support with personal care, medication, and daily routines
• Help clients stay active and connected with social support
• Build trusted relationships with local families

No experience needed.
You’ll receive our in-house company induction training, hands-on support, and a nationally recognised qualification (RQF Level 2). Experienced carers can progress with higher-level RQFs and leadership opportunities.
