Full shift payment including travel 45p / miles  - Allocated call times – Private clients

We’re looking for Home Care Support Workers to join our friendly team, providing personalised, person-centred care to clients in their own homes across Sheffield. This is a rewarding role where you’ll help people live as independently as possible while offering companionship and reassurance along the way.

What you’ll do:

Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, and bathing

Support with mobility and maintaining independence

Help with meal preparation, nutrition, and hydration

Carry out light household tasks (laundry, bed making, ironing)

Provide companionship, shopping support, and trips out

What we’re looking for:

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)

Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to support others

No prior care experience needed – full training, coaching, and ongoing support provided

Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check (paid for by us)

Competitive pay rates

£13 per hour (Monday to Friday, 7am–10pm)

£14 per hour (Saturday & Sunday, 7am–10pm)

Mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile

Fully funded training and qualifications, including Health & Social Care diplomas
