The carers are very pleasant and helpful. I enjoy their visits and they are always on time. I feel very comfortable asking for assistance. They help carry out requests.

It is difficult to comment as we only dealt with the invoices, rather than being part of the initial assessment and set-up. I met a few of the carers and was pleased with their care and professionalism. I liked the app. This however showed me that carers were undertaking tasks they weren't commissioned
to do, so I would have appreciated a discussion about this with management. I requested feedback but ultimately discovered the manager had left. Coupled with being charged for when he was in full-time care, this did not leave a good impression. I appreciate it was a crisis situation, but I would have thought that happens sometimes and would have appreciated understanding about this extremely stressful time.

Thank you for your review, we are glad you were pleased with the care provided, professionalism of our service, found the family app useful. Our care team will always try and accommodate extra duties on the day if asked to do so by a client. Our registered manager and her deputy continue to be in post and have been for some time. Its standard procedure for care companies to have a notice period as part of a care contract required by CQC. We wish him well in his new care home.

My parents have been supported in their own home for a year by Twelve Trees Home Care. My mother has mobility issues and my father had begun to have memory issues. From the start, I was impressed by the fact that staff quickly picked up on issues my father had with some sores on his legs, photographed
them and escalated it to the GP with swift intervention from the district nurse team. Recently my mum's mental health deteriorated and I was able to have regular conversations with the supervisor and this resulted in them getting her admitted to hospital. They have been in constant contact with me and are supporting both my parents. A very caring and proactive professional service.
I can't comment on residential facilities as this is home care.

All the carers were very friendly and made a real effort to engage with Mum and she loved chatting with them all. Even when there was snow and ice on the ground, the carers made a real effort to get to the house by parking several streets away and walking to the house. When they were going to be delayed
they phoned to let us know. They were all just awesome!

We've had a fabulous experience with Twelve Tree carers. Our Mum was ready to leave the hospital but getting fed up and deconditioned each day she was there. We wanted to get her home quickly so she could sleep better and move about to build up her strength and mood. The manager did the home and hospital
assessment visits really quickly and within a couple of days everything was in place for 24/7 care for 2 weeks. We got Mum home 3 days after she was medically fit to leave.
The carer was lovely! Kind, gentle, so supportive of Mum and just a lovely encouraging presence to have around. Mum is doing great without her now but misses her!
Twelve Trees were able to provide 3 visits a day after the 2 weeks of 24/7 care. And after 1 week of that, Mum is ready to drop to 2 daily visits with a companionship visit once a week. All the staff are lovely, cheerful, kind souls. Just what you need when you're feeling frail and unwell. We will stick with Twelve Trees for all our Mum's care needs in the future.

Twelve Trees has been providing support and care for my best friend for several years. In all that time, they have never dropped the ball once. Not only have they taken care of my friend, they have supported me in my role, always, offering advice and taking the pressure off where they could. Their carers
are all well trained, efficient, on time, patient and empathetic, and what it says on the tin, they care! After bad experiences with two other companies, my doctor told me they were the best in the area - they are! Thank you for everything!

12 Trees were totally reliable even in bad weather. The majority of staff were brilliant. They were willing and diligent. I have no hesitation in recommending this service. Care workers were eager to do whatever was required and often took the initiative to do other tasks. They also spotted a mistake
by the pharmacy.

This is a lovely place with a great atmosphere of calm. The staff are so helpful - provided me with advice and support at a time when I badly needed it . My husband attended as a day client for many months and although he couldn’t remember much of the activities day to day because of his Alzheimer’s
he did always respond positively to the atmosphere .

Twelve Trees carers have been looking after our aunty during the last year and until she recently went into the care home. They treated her beautifully and made sure she was showered, clean, medicated and well-fed during their visits as she gradually declined in self-care due to dementia. She is lovely
and sociable and appreciative of their time. And as a family, it brought us peace of mind that she was set up for the day. She just became too lonely and sad (and a bit dangerous!) to stay at home any longer. Thank you Twelve Trees.

Generally OK but disappointed that carers do not always arrive at the contracted time of 6.15. New carers do not know what duties they have come to undertake.

Thank you for your feedback and we are pleased our service is generally satisfactory. We aim to call our clients if there has to be a change to a planned service that day, particularly if we are experiencing adverse weather or something outside of our control. All tasks that have been agreed upon are listed on our staff members' smartphone application, giving up-to-date information including any follow-ups from a previous visit. A call can’t be logged out for or left until all tasks have been completed. Our new starters shadow experienced team members to gain insight into clients’ routines after completing a detailed induction at our training school.

I have been using this service since August 2020,m during this time I have been very happy with all aspects of the service. All carers have arrived on time and have been very friendly and efficient. I have found all of them polite and very h helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them at any time,
excellent service all round.
I would recommend this service to anyone.

My mum has received excellent care from all the Twelve Trees Homecare staff. She looks forward to her morning visits, especially the chats, which are an important part of her care and wellbeing. They are kind, compassionate, and nothing sit too much trouble. Thank you to all.
