All carers were polite and efficient and did what they were asked to do willingly.

Generally OK but disappointed that carers do not always arrive at the contracted time of 6.15. New carers do not know what duties they have come to undertake.

I would recommend this service to anyone.

My mum has received excellent care from all the Twelve Trees Homecare staff. She looks forward to her morning visits, especially the chats, which are an important part of her care and wellbeing. They are kind, compassionate, and nothing sit too much trouble. Thank you to all.

I have been using Twelve Trees since July 2020, and we are very happy with the care received. The team are very professional and caring. This relates to the management at all levels and to the carers who visit daily. Carers are family and professional, engaging in conversation whilst carrying out the task with care.

Twelve Trees provide a friendly service which if your circumstances change they adapt to your needs. They do regular reviews to make sure your care plan is working well.

Continuity in my care is vital. During my time with Twelve Trees, I have had a regular carer or a carer from a small pool with whom I am confident. This is crucial in enabling me to maintain my physical independence. I have found the carers to be professional at all times. Twelve trees were also able to accommodate a later night care call of around 9.30pm as I am in my early 40s with an active life.

Twelvetrees employs efficient and caring staff who are prepared to help in any way they can. I felt very supported through a difficult time for me and I would not hesitate to call on Twelvetrees again, should the need arise. Many thanks to all the staff.

Twelve Trees Homecare carers have cared for my brother for over 2 years now. I am totally happy and satisfied with the level of care given. They are always professional and always friendly, kind and caring.

Having been fortunate in being mainly fit throughout my life, I was beginning to realise that I needed someone at hand to give assistance when needed, which is the routine at the moment and very much appreciated. This when you realise how vital it is to have got to know your carer. I know it must be difficult for a 'learner' but it is very difficult for a 'user' to help with a 'trainer'. On both sides, I would say it was successful.
