I have been using Twelve Trees since July 2020, and we are very happy with the care received. The team are very professional and caring. This relates to the management at all levels and to the carers who visit daily. Carers are family and professional, engaging in conversation whilst carrying out the
task with care.

We have been using carers for the last three years. We find the carers very cheerful, very helpful, willing with shopping, cleaning and personal care. Always find time for a chat. We are very pleased with the service.

We chose Twelve Trees for continuity of care; this is not always the case.
The majority of carers are fantastic. We have asked several times to ve registered for online feedback, so we can see what has happened on calls. Still waiting!

Continuity in my care is vital. During my time with Twelve Trees, I have had a regular carer or a carer from a small pool with whom I am confident. This is crucial in enabling me to maintain my physical independence. I have found the carers to be professional at all times. Twelve trees were also able
to accommodate a later night care call of around 9.30pm as I am in my early 40s with an active life.

When the support worker came to do my Sunday lunch on 3/2/19 I checked round the kitchen after he had gone. I wasn't very happy. He had halved the chicken breast but not cooked one of the halves. The other half should have been cooked as well for me to have one half for Sunday lunch and the other cooked
half for Monday tea. The main switch of the cooker, which is on the wall, was left on and after washing up he had not cleaned out the sink or wiped down.
I spoke with the office on the phone.

Having been fortunate in being mainly fit throughout my life, I was beginning to realise that I needed someone at hand to give assistance when needed, which is the routine at the moment and very much appreciated. This when you realise how vital it is to have got to know your carer. I know it must be
difficult for a 'learner' but it is very difficult for a 'user' to help with a 'trainer'. On both sides, I would say it was successful.

My wife has been with Twelve Trees for almost 4 years. There has been some variation in quality of service during that time. However we are very happy with the current arrangements. There is a set of highly capable and friendly carers and timekeeping is very good. While the care has been excellent
the majority of the carers have engaged positively with my wife and this has been a major contribution to her well-being.

My father has Alzheimer's. The care that Twelve Trees Homecare provides has been overall very good. All the carers are friendly, caring and considerate and are very attentive to his needs, both physically and psychologically. Some go that extra mile and provide friendly support to my mother and myself,
who are his main carers. They are all considerate of his mental health needs, giving him a level of control with their prompting and guidance. A recent review with management has improved continuity and timing which have been key for maintaining both his and my mother's peace of mind.
