Twelve Trees Home Care Ltd

My wife has been with Twelve Trees for almost 4 years. There has been some variation in quality of service during that time. However we are very happy with the current arrangements. There is a set of highly capable and friendly carers and timekeeping is very good. While the care has been excellent the majority of the carers have engaged positively with my wife and this has been a major contribution to her well-being.

The care given has been good, however, there have been significant rota challenges.

My father has Alzheimer's. The care that Twelve Trees Homecare provides has been overall very good. All the carers are friendly, caring and considerate and are very attentive to his needs, both physically and psychologically. Some go that extra mile and provide friendly support to my mother and myself, who are his main carers. They are all considerate of his mental health needs, giving him a level of control with their prompting and guidance. A recent review with management has improved continuity and timing which have been key for maintaining both his and my mother's peace of mind.

I am very happy with the service provided.

After being discharged from hospital and a short-term rehab stay in a care home, I have used the service temporarily whilst staying with my daughter to help with personal care. I am completely happy with the care I have received and having the same carer visit daily has been really good as I have built a relationship with her.

Mostly I am very pleased with the care my mum receives. She has about 3 consistent carers who do a great job looking after mum and with these, I have no complaints.

Occasionally when new carers come, it is less consistent and the care is not as good. This is not on a regular basis but more noticeable on weekends and during holiday periods.

They do their best. Always have regular AM carers who treat me with respect and meet all my care needs and promote choices, and always go the extra mile.

We have had lots of other care companies looking after my dad, they don't go in on time and they don't stay. Twelve Trees have gone over and above caring for my dad.

Twelve Trees Homecare Ltd provide a good reliable service for over a year and have 'gone the extra mile' to deal with unexpected situations particularly well. I am very pleased with their service.

My Mom has had dementia for 6 years. In this time we have had several organisations providing personal care. After she suffered an awful service from another provider, we needed to select a provider who understood my Mom's needs and catered to her personal/tailored care that takes into consideration my Mom's progressive condition. 2/3 carers are regular people my Mom sees on a daily basis who formed a relationship with each other. The service is more than previously paid but we receive a significantly higher standard of service from everyone involved with my Mom's care/service.
