Looking after our clients in their own home is never boring, whether they require help with medication, meal preparation, personal care or light housework, or whether they need company to get out and about or attend appointments, our Carers are there to assist.

• Enough time to build a relationship with the client and to do the necessary tasks as our minimum call time is 45 minutes.
• Introductions to every new client, so they never have a stranger coming into their house, and you always know your way around..
• Local calls, and most calls are 60 minutes plus, so you do not spend 30 minutes driving for a short call (We don't do them!!)
• Every client has a detailed care plan so in advance of arriving at the call you have all the information you need
• Full support whenever you need it, day or night, and hours to suit
• We are a family run company where we value our staff above all else, and with regular staff meetings, staff meals, social events and staff room where you are always welcome for tea and biscuits
