Job summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the client in the client's home. Your primary focus will be on assisting individuals with their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to care plans. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high quality care. Assisting client with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming. Supporting client in daily living activities including medication administration, meal preparation and feeding. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor clients’ health and overall wellbeing, promptly reporting any changes or concerns.

• Motivate and assist clients in taking part in meaningful activities that boost their mental and emotional wellness.

• Ensure the living space remains clean, safe, and welcoming by adhering to all care and safety guidelines.
