The whole team at the care agency were absolutely fantastic. Busola who I spoke to very regularly was always very helpful and any questions I had were always dealt with promptly. Any time I needed the carers that were looking after my mum to do something, it was always done very promptly. Sometimes I would ask the carer that I was talking to, to email Busola to make sure the other carers knew about any change, that was also never a problem.

One thing I particularly liked was mum receiving care from the same carers each week which meant they got to know mum very well. Mum always looked forward to their visits and her face would light up when they came.

The carers always treated mum with dignity and friendship always asking what mum would like for her breakfast and dinner and tea.

I really am impressed with the quality of care given by this agency and everyone that I was involved with, it was always a joy too speak to them, carers and manager alike.

Everyone without exception who have been carrying out care for my partner have been, polite, empathetic and professional. Nobody chooses to get sick and need the services of carers of any sort, however they are making the experience as bearable as possible.

As a primary carer, I have used P&D for about 15 months, they have provided excellent support. They look after their employees very well, which I consider important. I feel very confident to leave my wife in their care. (She suffers from Parkinson's and dementia).

I cannot fault the service my Mum receives. Everyone is caring helpful and happy to do extras where needed on random occasions

All staff are very helpfull and understanding with my comdition have given me confidence and cannot do enough to help my wife and my self allmost becoming part of our family just to say a big thank you and the boss who also helps a very good team thank you all.

The carers are brilliant, I am very happy with the care they provided for me, they never complained of anything I asked them to do for me. The carers are so happy and cheerful. they very caring and kind. They do look after me. I cannot thank them enough.
