Job Purpose
We are looking for passionate and caring staff to deliver safe, high-quality personal and practical care to individuals in their own homes. The role involves supporting clients with daily living tasks, safeguarding their wellbeing, and maintaining accurate electronic care records in compliance with data protection laws and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming

Assist with mobility, transfers, and the use of equipment (e.g., hoists, walking aids)

Administer or prompt medication in line with the care plan and training

Support with meal preparation, nutrition, and hydration

Perform light domestic duties, shopping, and community access support

Build positive relationships through companionship and emotional support

Safeguard clients by identifying and reporting any concerns promptly in accordance with company policy and local safeguarding procedures

Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic care records using the company’s digital system

Ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR when handling personal and sensitive information

Report changes in clients’ needs, behaviour, or health promptly to the office

Work in accordance with CQC regulations, KuBle Care’s policies, and the individual’s care plan
