I used Kuble Care to support me with my 12 year old who has special needs and they have been incredibly helpful, supportive and friendly. I am always kept informed and my child has formed a strong bond with them.

All the KubleCare carers are cheerful, pleasant people and have been well trained. It is reassuring to have their support as my husband's condition deteriorates. They always prioritise my husband's needs and have built up a good relationship with him. We will be sorry if we have to loose our two regulars as they are students and finish courses in the summer.

Two staff members in particular are amazing carers. They are always friendly, polite and highly professional. My parents also feel the same about them. They are a pleasure to have in the home and always work to the best of their ability. They are always punctual and give my dad the highest of care.

They are a very caring company, making sure they make contact with the family of the service user if they feel there is caring need the family need to be made aware of. Despite the staffing issues, they try to accommodate, and step in where they can, to top up any changes needed to the care of the service user, providing extra services where possible if the need arises. They have recently stepped up at the last minute accommodating the extra support required due to a change on medication.
