The young carer we had was bright and intelligent and very mature for her years. She was reliable and never forgot any instruction or request. Always ready to help and executed all tasks to a high standard.

We needed full time care for my 94 year old father at short notice when another family member was unwell. The assessment visit was arranged quickly and carried out with great professionalism which made us all feel at ease. Time was spent making my dad feel comfortable with the arrangement. The carer who came to stay and look after dad was truly wonderful and was a great companion to dad at a difficult time, nothing was a problem or too much trouble. While we all feel apprehension when things change and full time care is required, Gardiners were everything we could have hoped for and we would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

Gardiners were brilliant and arranged an assessment visit within two days. The manager who visited explained everything clearly and spent time getting to know my father in law ( quite tricky as he is very deaf and refuses any hearing aid devices!) . Within a few days they had found us the most wonderful carer. She came into the house and was an immediate hit with my father in law. His face beamed when she smiled at him, she was warm and reassuring. We have been so happy to have found her to help get us all through a tricky time. We would 100% recommend Gardiner's and would certainly ask for the same carer again! The relief of having good care in place with a trusted agency is huge!

We have been extremely pleased with the care of our parents. The current carer is very attentive and respectful and the management team are always available to discuss any concerns and prompt in responding to any issues.

Gardiners Home care have provided us with carers in the past and now a live in carer. They have ensured that the carer is carefully matched to the needs of our parents. Any issues have been speedily dealt with and resolved. And the staff are always accessible.

My Mum's Carer, is exceptional. Following a two week hospital stay in spring, it became clear that Mums care needs now exceeded care visits and required a live-in-care solution.

Gardeners live-in care team were responsive and flexible and have been providing care for my mum for the last 6 months. We now have a consistent care package and Mums wellbeing has improved considerably. Not only has her nutrition improved (mums carer cooks everything from scratch), but the enrichment facilitated by her carer taking her to new places, and community events has enhanced mum's quality of life exponentially.

When mum received her dementia diagnosis 2 years ago, I feared her cognitive decline would be quite severe, however, with the excellent care she's received, mum has remained conversational and her mental wellbeing is currently very good. All of which is testament to the quality of care she's in receipt of.

My mother in law now has a live in carer and receives excellent care which gives the family such piece of mind. Her carer continually goes above and beyond on all aspects of my mother in law's care. She is hugely supported by Gardiners management and between us we communicate very well to ensure all of my mother in laws needs are met - I cannot recommend them highly enough

Fantastic care from the carer, who respects my father in law at all times and provides superb care for him. Also her manager who listens to Dads concerns and ours as a family, trying to ensure that she meets all the requirements asked of her. She responds quickly and with understanding and empathy. Exactly what you want from someone you are trusting the care of a loved too

All current carers and those in charge have been excellent. Whenever there is something that we as a family think maybe a problem if is sorted out without any problem. Thank you for that it really is appreciated.

Q1Care have been committed, professional, kind and extremely responsive in their care of my mother. Their care has included helping her wash, dress, other care support, preparing breakfast and ensuring that any issues are discussed both with my mother and, as appropriate, with the wider family. It has been a great comfort to know Q1Care have been supporting my mother as she has become both physically frail, with mobility issues and also as her memory has reduced. Q1Care have also taken the initiative to call an ambulance quickly when required as well as promptly calling around family members.

I found Q1 Care to be very professional and reliable. We were keep informed of any concerns and the care staff who looked after mum very well. Mum was clearly comfortable with her carers and the Birdie app was very helpful.

Never tardy. Considerate, thoughtful and kind. Treated my wife with dignity and patience. I was never worried to leave her in their care. I would recommend their professional services without reservation.

I've been with Q1Care for nearly a year and their service has been excellent. The carers arrive on time, are friendly and helpful, and complete all the work asked of them to a high standard. The back office team are also very good, answering requests and questions in a quick, efficient and friendly way.

The manager and the entire team at Q1Care have been absolutely exceptional in looking after my mum for the past five years. Their warmth, empathy, and professionalism have been remarkable. My mother has received care at home twice daily provided by Q1 for sometime now and I have always been impressed with the care provided. Communication is excellent and any issues or new needs are resolved promptly. Everyone in the Q1 team is professional, approachable and knowledgeable.
