were friendly and efficient and our regular carer, who attended throughout, was a great source of comfort to our sister with her cheery personality and worked wonders to keep up our spirits too.

We now have a consistent care package and Mums wellbeing has improved considerably. Not only has her nutrition improved (mums carer cooks everything from scratch), but the enrichment facilitated by her carer taking her to new places, and community events has enhanced mum's quality of life exponentially.

When mum received her dementia diagnosis 2 years ago, I feared her cognitive decline would be quite severe, however, with the excellent care she's received, mum has remained conversational and her mental wellbeing is currently very good. All of which is testament to the quality of care she's in receipt of.

In Dad's final days, the team could not have been kinder. It means a lot that with Gardiner's support we were able to fulfill Dad's wish that he die peacefully at home.

were very flexible in what they could provide and in the hours they could attend. They cooked, tidied, washed up, bathed him, took him shopping and to the surgery, even providing money if he found he'd forgotten his wallet when out. All the carers seemed well-trained, cheerful and sympathetic, taking time to ask him about his life and interests.
I was particularly impressed by the manager. All requests seemed to be possible, such as visits out of hours at short notice. The manager also had a good understanding of the type of dementia suffered by my friend, and made predictions as to its development which have proved accurate and useful for forward planning.

My parents have very different needs and Gardiners' staff have met all of the requirements. Carers take time to chat with my parents whilst also carrying out the tasks and doing anything extra that's needed.

has been a great comfort to know Q1Care have been supporting my mother as she has become both physically frail, with mobility issues and also as her memory has reduced. Q1Care have also taken the initiative to call an ambulance quickly when required as well as promptly calling around family members.
