Location: Swindon, Royal Wootton Bassett, Wroughton, Highworth, Cricklade, Purton and nearby villages
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Hours Available
Salary: £14.65 per hour
Enhancements: Time and a half on Bank Holidays | Double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day

Driving licence, access to a vehicle, weekend availability and full Right to Work in the UK are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, meal preparation, medication support and light household assistance

• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients

• Promote independence and wellbeing for people in their own homes

• Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver consistent, high-quality care

• Competitive hourly rate of £14.65

• Enhanced pay: double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day; time and a half on Bank Holidays

Person Specification

• Kind, empathetic and dependable

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Able to commit to weekend work as part of a regular rota

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
