Care Assistant – Join the Blossom Home Care Family!

Location: Malton & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £16.80 per hour + 45p mileage between calls
Bonuses:

• £250 Training Bonus (Full Time) / £150 Training Bonus (Part Time) after 1 month, all training completed and no sick record
• £250 Starting Bonus (Full Time) / £150 Starting Bonus (Part Time) after 3 months, all training completed and no sick recorded

Shifts Patterns:

• 7am – 3pm / 2pm – 10pm / Long days (7am – 10pm)
• Full-time & part-time roles available, working a mixture of shift patterns
• Alternate weekends required by all Carers

Must have a driving licence & access to a vehicle

What Will You Do?

As a Care Assistant, you’ll support clients in their own homes with:

- Personal care – Assisting with washing, dressing & toileting
- Medication support – Administering and collecting prescriptions
- Meal preparation & assistance – Helping with cooking & hydration
- Companionship & emotional support – Making a real difference in someone’s day
- Specialist care – Supporting those with Dementia, Alzheimer’s & End-of-life care

- A full UK driving licence & business insurance (required)
- The ability to commute to Malton & surrounding areas
