Home Care Assistants - Full time/Part time - Evenings/Weekends - Driving Essential

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. No experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. As a Care Assistant, you will provide care to our customers in their own homes giving them the opportunity to stay independent as an alternative to residential care. Responsibilities will include: Personal care, Moving and Handling, Companionship, Shopping/Social support, Medication support/administration, Domestic support and General welfare checks.
